"We ordered two burgers medium. Both were completely red, and barely warm… Our son’s food came out right away so he was done by the time our food was there. I ate most of my burger anyway while waiting to show the server how undercooked they were. My wife took exactly 1 bite. The server brought the food to the manager, and showed him my raw burger too. He didn’t even bother to come speak to us, even though we were 10 feet from him, and clearly disappointed. He only agreed to take 50% off ONE burger. We were shocked, and tried to support local. We will never be back after receiving such poor customer service. The inside lighting is weird too, the way the fan cuts out the lights created a strobe effect. Doesn’t sit well when you have a stomach full of undercooked meat.My son needed to use the toilet, we are potty training. The toilet was so disgusting. Filthy. I mentioned it to the server who was in the bathroom checking his phone… He didn’t seem to care.We left very disappointed to have had such a lousy experience at a place we heard great things about. Sorry Rep, but this crew gave you a bad rep…"

Had the most fantastic dinner at Rep's place. Amazing burger and fries, and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of beers and play good old school 80s music. The outdoor seating is not amazing, it's just on a sidewalk of a strip mall, but the food and friendly staff make up for it.Food: 5/5

Outstanding sports bar. W like to support the local places and this one hit the mark. Very busy Saturday evening but service was attentive and efficient. Live music was going in bar area and really good. Host and Brooklyn (SP) were awesome! Had a burger which was cooked perfect and fries were great. Will be back when visiting area again. View menu

I’ve lived next to this place for years, delivered for UberEats a couple of times for them, so I decided to give it a try. The chicken caesar salad wraps are a HIT, you get a fair portion for the price and it tastes fresh and delicious. Fries are also very good. I’ll definitely try other options on the menu. Staff is also very friendly the restaurant overall is clean has a great vibe to it. ??

This was our first time ordering from Reps Place, and we will definitely be back for more. I had the steak fajita salad and cheese enchiladas. The salad was fantastic, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of ingredients, and the dressing was excellent. The steak was tender and juicy. The cheese enchiladas were also outstanding—perhaps the best I've ever had. I can’t wait to try your Reuben next!

I feel like a lot of people are missing out on this place. Could be bc of how the sign from the outside doesn’t really stand out, the plaza in general doesn’t stand out as much. BUT The food is delicious and the customer service is always great. The music is always good, they always have good sports games on tv. Besides everything being on point, my favorite are the portion sizes, they’re not shy with their servings, you get what you pay for. Love this place View menu

We sampled the wings and a mushroom burger with tater tots. The burger was delicious and well-crafted, reminding me of the iconic assembly of flavors—so good! We tried the hot and spicy wings, which were their hottest sauce. Most of their sauces had a vinegar base flavor that was quite noticeable. Overall, the wings were enjoyable, but the burger stood out as the highlight of our meal, and the beer cheese was also fantastic. We’re definitely looking forward to trying more items from the menu!

The other day, we placed an order and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. My husband had the steak sandwich, while I tried the patty melt with a substitution for the tomato basil soup (which is the best combo ever!). The food arrived hot, delicious, and in generous portions. Having recently moved from the city, we’ve struggled to find high-quality dining options in the area like those downtown, but Rep's Place will definitely be on our list of go-to spots. We’re already looking forward to our next visit because there are so many tempting options on the menu.
