"I live in Charlotte and have consistently ordered from the university location. However, for some reason, the location changed to Cornelius when I placed my latest order— a place I have not visited. I called just minutes after placing my order because I couldn't pick it up, but the owner refused to issue a refund. He had the manager put me on hold for at least seven minutes, allowing the food to finish cooking, just to tell me that since the food was coming out of the oven, they couldn't cancel the order. Excuse me? I had just placed the order right before calling; it wasn't like I had waited 15 minutes— it was just a few minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm attaching photos as proof of the times. I will be requesting a refund from the corporation because there is no way for me to pick up the order, and it would be a waste. I will do whatever it takes to address this matter and bring it to the owner's attention! User's recommendation: Definitely avoid this location, and make sure to double-check the information in your apps for any unauthorized changes."
