"I have been ordering from the Dent Marcos for years and recently they switched their ordering format and now it says I am out of the delivery area when I am less than 10 minutes away. It also says that for the Glenway Marcos and that store is even closer to me. I can’t even leave a review for either store on their customer feedback section because the links for those stores do not work. I love their food but their new ordering and customer service is horrible. You will lose customers because of it"

The app changed the delivery address from my to the first building in the complex so my order was delivered to the wrong building. The manager was so friendly and apologized for an error that wasn't his. Had fresh food in less than 30 minutes. Food was great.

Great pizza! It was ready very quickly (like 10-15 min) and everything was perfect. The employees are very nice and polite. We did curbside pickup and it was a very simple process. The pizza tastes great and everything was hot. They typically have great deals that you can find.

Usually everything is fine other than the foul smell of sewage sometimes walking in for pickups in there lobby, today we picked up 2 large pizzas. We ordered a pizza after being told it was out for delivery an hour later still not here. When the delivery guy finally showed up we refused the pizza because of the time frame , making it a dead pizza. The delivery guy cussed us told us to go to hell, called us all kinds of names. Then when getting in his car threw the pizza at my husband. I called management and they told me there was nothing she could at the moment. Needed to be investigated.

We're staying at a hotel nearby and had never ordered from Marco's before. The online ordering process was straightforward, and our food was ready in no time. The person at the counter was very friendly. The toppings were generous, and the thin crust was delightfully crispy. Everything tasted wonderful, and the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to Jet's just down the road, which seems to charge for a crust that must be coated in gold flakes!
