"I am absolutely disgusted with the service today. Apparently if you have a large order which ours was over 100+ dollar for 3 12 inch subs and 3 6 inch subs and a simple bowl and wings. I ordered through their website. The delivery driver comes to our door with her kids and tells us that if you have a big order like this, call ahead Again, I ordered on the website. So, after the driver left. I called and spoke with a rude woman who claimed her manager would tell me the same thing about calling ahead. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE 'CALL AHEAD ' The manager refused to speak to me and the woman came back on and said he 's the one that told the driver to tell you that if you have a big order to call ahead We 've spent over 700 dollars ordering from Marcos in forsyth just this week alone. Kids are out of school, family staycation and enjoying time together. Not to mention their food is never bad! And always right. But the customer service today was absolutely gross and handled unprofessional. Time to contact corporate after this post. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+"

The customer service here is outstanding! I had a voucher that wouldn’t work online, so they advised me to come in person, explaining that it would be quicker that way. I visited the restaurant, and they honored the voucher. To my surprise, the pizzas were ready in just 10 minutes!

When I walked in with my three grandchildren—who were all hungry, half sunburnt, and sleep deprived—the manager quickly turned away and left the counter. Meanwhile, one employee, who seemed a bit out of it, ignored me for about 15 minutes. Eventually, another staff member came from the back to take my order, but he seemed to mess up my rewards card in the process.
