"We had 7pm reservations for New Year's Eve were seated immediately. Our drink order was taken delivered within about 10 minutes. So far things were great. Shortly after our very friendly server took our order for the 1st course main course, they had already run out of several items on the menu, it was only 7:30, poor planning. The 5 of us placed our dinner orders, as I said it was 7:30. Our 1st course came within 10-15 minutes not too bad. The beet goat cheese was good, but you really needed to look hard for the cheese. Another ordered the arugula goat cheese however they only had one instead of 3 goat cheese rolls left, charged half price. Should have charged a third of the price but I won't gravel. First course was finished in about 15-20 minutes, then the wait began. 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, we kept hearing any minute now the food will be out. In the mean time other tables that were seated long after us were served. Finally I asked for a manager guess what our dinner magically appeared. 60 minutes after we placed our order, no explanation no apology, it's not like the place was over crowded there were several empty tables, no excuses. We should been offered dessert on the house, but that did not happen either. My steak was cooked just the way I had asked for it, flavorful good size portion, but skimped on the side dishes. Another ordered branzino, very small filet, again very skimpy main course for the price. The pasta shrimp were tasty as well as full size portion. The coffee desserts were tasty, but as I said considering how long we waited for our main course it should have been on the house. It was a very long evening started at 7pm ended at 11:30. They need to get there act together, dont think I will be going back there anytime soon."
