"We're up here for Thanksgiving week and decided to give FUMO a try. The ambiance was very nice. I really enjoy these small mountain restaurants. The menu had some great options with a couple of nice specials. It was just 4 of us and we didn't order anything out of the ordinary. However, it took close to an hour to receive our food. The staff were very apologetic and took off the drinks from the bill which was very nice. When the food finally arrived, it was tasty. I ordered the Black Truffle Pasta, very good. My wife got the Salmon which she enjoyed. My daughter got the NY Steak. She said it was a bit on the fatty side. My son enjoyed the Tahoe Burger. Overall, the food was good, except for the delay. Plan to visit again."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"My recent visit to Big Water Grill Restaurant left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to caution others. The food at this establishment was underwhelming, to say the least. Unfortunately, every dish we ordered lacked the expected flavors and some were disappointingly overcooked. The fish was particularly dry and overdone, which was quite disheartening. Moreover, the service was subpar. Our waiter took an unusually long time to attend to our table, leaving us waiting without any explanation or apology. Though the appetizers were good, the disappointment with the main courses overshadowed any positives. On the brighter side, one person in our group enjoyed her scallops, which were the highlight of an otherwise dismal experience. Despite this single bright spot, the lack of attention to detail in both the food and service is concerning. I hope Big Water Grill Restaurant takes the necessary steps to improve the overall dining experience for future customers. As it stands, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my unfortunate encounter."

"The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the food is excellent! I ordered the Cappellini Pomodoro along with a Caesar Salad, and it was delicious—definitely worth a return visit! Someone else at our table tried the Alfredo sauce but didn’t enjoy it. However, this isn’t a criticism of the restaurant; it was just that the sauce was very creamy rather than cheesy, which might be helpful for future diners to keep in mind. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress was outstanding."

"Must Eat Here Whether it's a seated dinner at table with a reservation or standby at the bar, we MUST eat here each trip to Incline Village. The food is fantastic. Not so much a tapas or small plate for all dishes, but just right. The flavors are fantastic. For example try this... For two to split: Butter Lettuce Salad to start, then three items...
