"This location of Glory Days Grill wasn’t quite as good as others I’ve been to. We arrived around 6pm and were seated quickly, but our waiter took a long time to come greet us, though he did apologize for the delay. We ordered an appetizer and our meals; the appetizer arrived promptly, but the main courses took an excessively long time. When they finally came, everything was cold—not warm or even room temperature, but truly cold. My wife spoke with the manager, Melissa, who was professional, courteous, and understanding. She kindly comped our meals, and I give her a lot of credit for handling the situation so well. Despite this experience, I will continue visiting Glory Days Grill as my past visits have generally been good, with their food and service usually hitting the mark."
