"Seemed like it would be a cool place, and it had a good looking menu online. Made a reservation for 6. When we got there, we were told they were 'really busy ' so we had to sit in the hotel free breakfast area. While that wasn 't the end of the world, we also were originally told that the hotel buffet was our only option to eat. When pressed, the server (who was VERY nice and friendly) got 'approval ' from someone to allow us to order from the menu. Food was just above average, but not quite as good as we expected from what we saw online. Maybe had we been 'in the restaurant ' our experience would have been better, but it 's doubtful that we 'd ever return."

"I received an email from OpenTable advising we didn’t show up for the reservation, which is completely untrue so be careful when checking in and you may want to do it twice just to make sure you avoid these inconveniences. WE DID INDEED attend the reservation. Not only DID we attend the reservation, we actually arrived early, only to be seated and then not receive service for 30 minutes. The best part of our brunch experience was being served by a waitress, who was already clearly having a bad day, and she certainly did not limit her efforts to let us know that. It may be hard to tell from this particular review, but we are typically the most easy-going, laid-back, understanding people when it comes to things happening in life. But to receive a false email chastising us NOT missing our reservation on top of receiving bad service is way too much! Get it together 360 Brunch House!!"

"The food at Syrup is consistently excellent, no matter which location you visit. My favorite breakfast dish, the kitchen sink, did not disappoint during my first visit to the Cherry Creek location. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. While I observed the wait staff actively attending to all other tables, I felt ignored as a solo diner. The only time anyone checked in on me was when it was time to take my order and when it was time to pay. I didn't receive a water refill and there was no follow-up, despite making eye contact with both staff members several times. The service here pales in comparison to what I’ve experienced at the Edgewater location."

"This is such a lovely place, and I really enjoy all the fun signs it has! What I'm most excited about is that they provide three vegan options! I'm thrilled to have found a spot in the suburbs with vegan breakfast choices. My husband and I used to have to drive all the way to Chicago for pancakes and coffee, but that’s no longer necessary! The pancakes and tofu scramble were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much, Jucy-O! It would be great if they had vegan sugar and coffee creamer, but I really appreciate that they offer almond milk."

"This place has quite a few options I wanted to try on their menu. I made a reservation online because it said there was a 30-minute wait. 8 minutes later, I got a text that my table was ready. We were seated quickly, it took a while for our server to come. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy. He did not love it. I tried a bit of gravy, and it was very bland and had very little sausage in it. My food was better, I we happy with my order except I had told the waitress no onions and it came with onions which I discovered about 5 minutes into eating it. She brought it back with no onions, but I felt like the portion was smaller and had a lot less steak than the first dish. That was disappointing because the steak was really good. The pancake was okay. Nothing to shout about. They only offered basic syrup. There may have been jam, but I didn't get any. It would have been nice to get our waters refilled also. I may go back again to try something else on the menu but overall was a bit underwhelmed with the food and service."

"This is one of my favorite restaurants, but, unfortunately the experience this time was really disappointing due to the massive amount of flies over our table. Literally, we were fighting with them to be able to eat our meal. I hope something can be done to solve this issue because it is unacceptable for the high quality of food and service."

"My friends and I picked Hatch because online it says they have gluten free options and two of the three of us cannot eat gluten without serious sickness and pain following. Our server was very accommodating and double checked with management before ringing in food to ensure it would be non contaminated.We ordered some gluten free pancakes. They were good, tasted like King Author brand which is nice and fluffy. They were less fancy than expected but still good.We had a delicious omelette that they made sure to cook in a different pan to prevent gluten contamination.We also had a burger. The bun looked delicious and both people who cannot have gluten consumed some of the burger. When we asked about the brand, post consumption, they realized that they gave us a normal gluten bun. Unfortunately those two people had autoimmune flare ups for the next two days.The manager came over and apologized and took care of a portion of our bill. They were super nice the whole time and we do understand that mistakes happen. It was nice to discount the meal which mostly afforded the emergency medicine we had to go to the store to purchase afterwards.Moral of the story: check and double it triple check that all your food is gluten free if you have an allergy or high intolerance. Otherwise the food was good, service was great, and the atmosphere was pretty nice for a busy Sunday."

"If you are lucky enough to get a seat at Snooze AM, the food is fantastic. Before I went vegan, I tried several of their pancake flavors and they are all amazing. Now that I am vegan, I have limited options, but the options available are fabulous ones. I really love the Quinoa mushroom bowl...a lot...it's in the lighter fare section of menu and they cook in oil for that, not butter. I ask them to hold the egg and add extra Mushrooms. The hash browns can be made vegan by asking them to hold the butter. Also, there is another option in lighter fare section that can be made vegan by holding the egg. I have had a couple waitresses there who are very familiar with vegan options and were very accommodating which I love. It feels safer when the server is familiar with vegan do's and don't (unfortunately it's rare to find one though This place is only option until 2:30 daily and you have a better chance of being seated going during the weekday. Forget it on the weekends unless you are an early bird. Waiting line is RIDICULOUS."

"Absolutely delicious! I can't get enough of the banberry pie. It's a delightful blend of banana cream pie and strawberry-banana shake! I can't quite find the words to describe this pie, but one thing is for sure: it's the best pie I've ever tasted, and I would recommend it endlessly. Just order it already—you won't be disappointed, I promise! Adding extra whipped cream takes this slice of pie to a whole new level of amazing! Plus, the pie shake option is also a tasty and unique twist! I'll definitely be ordering it again and again, especially when I feel like sipping instead of chewing! Ha. Thank you, Polly's!"

"Trying a new breakfast spot and this did not disappoint! Highly recommended joining the wait list as it has long waits on the weekends. We tried the Huevos tostadas with avacados, pico de gallo and bacon on the side. My wife enjoyed it, said the flavorsof heat and crunch were perfect. I had the spuds deluxe and added pico and avocados and it was delicious. The hashbrowns weren'tover cooked and just the right amount of cheese. The inside was clean and had elegant decor. The waitstaff was pleasant and veryattentive given the restaurant was packed. Would Highly recommend this for breakfast."

"We 'd heard so much good about this place and the food was as good as expected. It was the service that was severely lacking. Our server, Hanna was nice, but when she brought out 4 drinks to our table without a tray, she spilled orange juice on thetable. Then she used her hand to wipe it off onto the floor and never came back to actually clean it up with a cloth. So thetable was sticky for the remainder of our breakfast. Next, my wife noticed a bug frozen in the ice in her water. We pointed itout to the girl who brought our food, and her comment was oh that 's gross with no apology from anyone. Picture attached tothis review. Usually a manager or someone will stop and ask how your breakfast was. No one asked. We walked out after we paidand the 2 busy ladies at the front didn 't acknowledge us leaving. I must admit they were very busy as we left, but at 730 whenwe were seated there were plenty of empty tables. So, I really did like the breakfast burrito. Probably one of the best I 'vehad, and the pumpkin pancakes were excellent. So 5 stars for the food, minus 3 stars for the customer service. Disappointed."

"What can I say about this place? DELICIOUS is what I can say! The drinks were great and the food was delicious! We got there early around 8:30 am and was seated right away which was perfect timing because about 15 minutes later there were people having to go on the waiting list. You can’t make reservations but you can go on the waitlist when you get there I believe. I’d call to verify if you plan on going. I was really impressed with the calm atmosphere and the all around layout. The food and drinks were great, we didn’t leave feeling over stuffed, actually we took the rest to go because we were full about halfway through due to the large portions, coffee, and spirit drinks. A must try if you’re looking for something really good, remember they get packed so there is a waiting-list of you come late, and they close early so I would check the times they close. Drink responsibly because they do have some nice spirit drinks to try!"

"The food was so amazing. I wish I had thought to grab a photo of my food before I ate every bite. I had the bacon Avocado Benedict on an English muffin. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The queso was the perfect heat. The potatoes were mouth-watering. My daughter had French toast, which was also very delicious. My son had the picture in the photo. All the meals (adult and children) were good portions and left us all satisfied. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!Oh, and the Blueberry coffee is to die for. Highly recommend everything at Over Easy!Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menus for kids of any age.Parking: Parking was slightly tough because they were doing construction. However, there is parking along the tracks, or you can pay to park at a meter. We parked along the tracks and enjoyed a short walk on a beautiful day."

"My friends and I decided to try out Snooze for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, there was a wait time of 60-70 minutes. We didn't mind too much, as we were able to explore Union Station while we waited. Once we were seated, it took 5 minutes before our server came over. I could see they were busy, but I felt a bit rushed. The food was decent when it arrived, but nothing to write home about. As a coffee lover, I appreciate when servers promptly refill my cup without me having to ask. Our server finally noticed we needed more coffee when he looked our way. The noise level was surprisingly loud, making it difficult to have a conversation."
