"Snooze is awesome. I’ve been to Snooze several times and never been disappointed. Their creative pancakes are the fluffiest and most moist I’ve ever had and they are perfectly balanced as far as flavor profile and textures. I’ve had the Pineapple Upsidedown which are amazing and the Strawberry Shortcake which are also fantastic. Each Snooze features local hot sauce which is a nice touch. They have a full-on coffee/latte/cappuccino station as well as mixed alcoholic drinks if you want to party in the A.M. I don’t eat pork but they offer chicken sausage which is a really good substitute. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. My only criticisms for taking off a star are that this location is too busy any time you’ll likely want to go, parking is a frustration, and you’ll wait 35 minites or more. Also… why the heck don’t they have a mobile coffee station outside for the guests who are waiting? It would generate cashflow, give the customers waiting out in the cold a nice, hot, sweet treat, and encourage conversation among the guests rather than everyone staring at their phone or stalking the people sitting at the bar (you can grab a seat at the bar whenever available without being on the wait list). Just my 2 cents…P.S I drank a few gulps of my cappuccino before the pic. It was originally bulging to the absolute max above the rim without dripping off the side. Well done barrista! Lastly, I feel that once you add up all the sides to make a complete breakfast, it was a bit pricey. If you have a date you could be spending close to $60-70 for breakfast after tip as of January 2023. Also, I just noticed that the menu says cappuccinos are $4.95 but they charged me $6.45?"

I ordered the vegan lucky pancakes and they were amazing. They were served to me quickly and there were plenty of vegan options available. Some dishes can also be made vegan upon request.

Loved it all. Bacon flight was a huge hit with my mom and I. I also got to try her OMG! french toast. Yum! Wait is worth it. If you're a small group or a single you can nab a spot at the bar if you're okay sitting there.

It gets busy get on the wait list. They have plenty of outdoor seating. They have lots of food choices, omelet's, french toast, hash brown rounds, pork belly, cocktails, and mocktails. The parking lot gets busy.It was good. It's definitely worth a visit. My only down check was that we didn't receive everything that we ordered, but the server took it off the bill.

Awesome breakfast spot, especially if you’re an early riser and can get in before the crowd. Their take on corned beef hash is great, but the OMG french toast is a must try as well. All your usual standbys plus a number of creative takes on things when youre feeling adventurous. Its definitely the non chain chain place to go for breakfast. Diverse menu also caters to all the diet and lifestyle choices out there. View menu

I highly recommend trying the tofu scramble at this restaurant! The portions are generous and satisfying. It's the best vegan breakfast spot in the area. I had the tofu scramble with tofu, jalapeño, pico de gallo, soyrizo, avocado, and green chile. It also comes with a side of hash browns and your choice of bread or tortillas. I can't say enough good things about this place! The morning margarita is also delicious.

I highly recommend trying the Tofu Scramble at this restaurant! The portions are generous and very satisfying. It's the best vegan breakfast spot in the area. My tofu scramble was served with onions, jalapeño, pico de gallo, soyrizo, avocado, and green chilies. It also came with a side of hash browns and your choice of bread or tortillas. I cannot recommend this place enough! (Also, the morning Margarita is superb.)

I had a great first experience at the restaurant! We ordered the breakfast burrito and French toast, along with two drinks. I’m giving it 4 stars because I thought the burrito could have used a bit more flavor or seasoning. The French toast was really good, but I don’t think it justifies the price, especially compared to Village Inn, where I find the offerings are slightly better and come with sides for the same cost. Delicious and fresh. Loved the tofu scramble! The breakfast burrito was huge and delicious and easy to customize. Kids loved the strawberry shortcake pancakes! Great kids meal options. Really good coffee as well! Wait wasn't bad at all on a weekday late morning.Vegetarian options: Tofu scramble was easy to miss but it's under omelets. It was super tasty and love how you can pick your mix ins.Kid-friendliness: Loved the kids breakfast quesadilla and fresh yummy fruit.Dietary restrictions: Able to order dishes without cheese

I ordered the Snooze Classic and it was absolutely delicious! The hash browns were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the bacon had a wonderful balance of black pepper and sugar. The portion size is ideal for a hearty brunch. We opted to sit at the bar because of a 40-minute wait (I recommend making a reservation), but the service there was exceptional. Our order was taken within minutes. The food took a bit longer to arrive, but the wait was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're on the lookout for a delicious new breakfast spot in Colorado Springs.
