"After placing my order with one of the many counter staff, I felt a drop of water land on my head. Looking up, I discovered that the air conditioning vent was dripping. I tried to shift over, but the dripping persisted on my shoulder and arm every few minutes, leaving a greasy, sticky residue on my arm (see the pictures for evidence). I would have moved, but there was a solo woman next to me who was settling her bill, so I decided to wait a bit longer.
I informed the bartender about the issue, but they didn’t seem to care. My food took about 20-25 minutes to arrive, and to my surprise, it didn’t come with hash browns as I had expected (although the menu was clear, I simply overlooked that). I asked the bartender for hash browns, and he input the order into the system. After waiting another 10 minutes while eating slowly to pace for the hash browns, I inquired about their status. The bartender replied that the food comes out separately, and he had no control over it. This highlights a serious disconnect between the kitchen and the wait staff.
In the end, after waiting an additional 20-25 minutes with my breakfast plate completely empty, I finally had to eat my potatoes solo. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of management, cleanliness, and communication between the kitchen and staff."
