"The wait time was estimated to be around 30 minutes, but we were seated in just 5 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. Our server forgot to bring an extra set of silverware, even after being reminded multiple times: when we placed our orders, when the food arrived, and during a follow-up check. We eventually had to seek out another server to get a new set. Additionally, the eggs were not cooked to our liking, though that might be a matter of personal preference. After we paid the bill, we were asked if we wanted a to-go box. We said yes but then had to wait another 15 minutes to track down another server for it. Out of all the Snooze locations we've visited, this was by far the worst experience. It really wasn't worth the premium prices we paid."

The food was amazing—everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served hot. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was friendly, and the time between being seated and receiving our meals was just right.

I probably won’t return, mainly because the place just didn’t suit my taste. The menu featured some intriguing dishes, but it was quite crowded, leading to a long wait. However, I think the wait was worthwhile.

The food is consistently fantastic! You can enjoy classic breakfast options as well as some truly creative and unique dishes. Be sure to put your name on the waiting list and allow yourself plenty of time, as the restaurant is always bustling and there’s often a wait.

The quality of the food seems to be declining. Perhaps I just fell for the takeout trap. I ordered corned beef hash with eggs, but what I received was a small serving of hash browns with only a quarter cup of corned beef on top. At least the eggs were good. This definitely wasn't the full portion I remember from my previous visits. I'm very disappointed! View menu

The food is consistently good, but unfortunately, the service has declined. I was planning to use an offer I received through the Snooze app, but the server just dropped off the check without giving me a chance to speak. The place wasn't busy at all; I was surrounded by empty tables. Attempting to get his attention was futile. Honestly, I would have received better service by just taking care of things myself. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

I took my kids to this restaurant for the first time today, and we all had a wonderful experience! Our waiter, Cordero, was fantastic and incredibly patient with my little ones. My daughter was especially excited when he mentioned that she could choose any pancake she wants as a birthday treat from Snooze when we come back. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. It goes without saying that we will definitely be coming back!

We arrived late and were feeling tired and hungry. We discovered this restaurant on Google Maps, and it sounded promising. We both decided to order cheeseburgers, which turned out to be very tasty. However, my wife’s fries were overcooked. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The downside was the bill, which came to over $45—though to be fair, my wife did order a Scotch. It still felt a bit pricey for what we received, but I understand that this area of Denver tends to be on the expensive side. Overall, it wasn't too bad. View menu

I had a wonderful Sunday morning at Snooze with my mom! Even though the wait was over two hours, we managed to get seats at the bar. Our waitress, Squidney, was attentive, well-informed about the menu, and very friendly. We ordered the Benny Duo, which allows you to mix and match any two Benedicts. I chose the Crab Cake and Bella Benny, while my mom went for the Habanero Pork Belly and the Bella, and we shared a blueberry Danish pancake. The food took a little while to arrive, but it was absolutely worth the wait as everything was exceptional. We will definitely be back soon!

This was all of our first times here. We went in on a Sunday at 10AM to sit inside and eat, but there was a 2 hour wait for seating inside. They offer an app that lets you check in and reserve a spot on the wait list--a convenience, if not a necessity--for those planning to visit. I ordered french toast, sausage, and eggs. The french toast being offered without eggs or a protein was a slight inconvenience. However, the pricing is very reasonable. The food was good but could have been a little more flavorful (I prefer spicy). The staff was really friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant and facilities were bright, warm, and inviting. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.

"So I suppose it's up to the manager of a restaurant whether to replace a returned entree at no extra charge the customer for the uneaten food. Whatever the policy at Sakana (we didn't ask when we saw the item in question added to our bill, we didn't feel like getting into an argument), we still found the attitude of the server when my girlfriend didn't enjoy her spicy miso ramen to be unacceptable. Instead of simply offering a replacement when my girlfriend explained that she couldn't taste any miso in the broth, the lady server told us that the miso ramen tasted as intended and that adding more paste to the broth would make it too salty. It still didn't taste very good, but whatever. Fine. My gf orders the curry ramen instead. It's pretty decent, nothing to write home about. At the end of the meal, we get charged full price for the spicy miso even tho all she ate of it was the egg added at additional cost. Did not mention this before the bill came out. We probably would've moved on without complaint if we hadn't been talked down to when trying to replace the order or had the return policy more clearly explained to us. Will not be coming back due to this experience. I've been to better and more expensive restaurants that return and replace an entree, no questions asked, especially when -you didn't eat it-. I've had $50 steaks taken back without being charged, but you're gonna die on the hill of your watery $15 ramen? No thx. The food, for the most part, is okay. My tonkutsu ramen broth was acceptable, tho my pork was overcooked. My gf's replacement curry ramen was better than the spicy miso, but it was not great. It did have tasty fried chicken, but very few other ingredients besides noodles and spinach. She wasn't so into it. Where the cuisine shines is the sushi. The fish tastes like it's well sourced and is adequately competitive for the price range. We didn't love the ramen experience, but we were actually considering coming back just for the sushi before we saw that they'd charged us for the returned food. The shrimp shumai appetizer was tasty but a little skimpy on the portions, four tiny dumplings for $8 or $9. Ultimately, Sakana is worth going to if you just want sushi and don't mind a somewhat cramped and loud atmosphere during peak hours and a snooty attitude from the staff. I'd have added more stars if not for the service experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Nigiri"
