"Our booking was for an 8-person group and we were informed there was an 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill for groups of that size which is totally understandable. It wasn't too busy, lots of open tables as it was around 4pm on a Sunday. Our server was one of the bartenders and they hardly were at our table taking orders, we were at our table for nearly 2+ hours and were only asked about our drinks 3 times. We were all hoping to get refills on water and wanted to order some more drinks but since we were never waited on we ended up being stuck with our empty glasses... At the end of the night when attempting to settle our bill, our waiter (bartender) did not know which person ordered what item as the system did not let them enter it when we originally ordered apparently. So we helped organize the bill of 20+ items of food and 2 drinks per person. After sorting that out, we had to do it again as it did not take when it was re-entered and then the third and final time it was still wrong so we gave up and paid for whatever each person's receipt was and settled it amongst ourselves. The bill was so all over the place that happy-hour meals/drinks weren't indicated, it was such a mess... It was just frustrating because the tip was already enforced and we had no repercussions for the poor service... TLDR; the place is cool, food is good, but the mandatory 18% tip was insulting because we essentially waited on ourselves, unfortunately..."

"Snooze is awesome. I’ve been to Snooze several times and never been disappointed. Their creative pancakes are the fluffiest and most moist I’ve ever had and they are perfectly balanced as far as flavor profile and textures. I’ve had the Pineapple Upsidedown which are amazing and the Strawberry Shortcake which are also fantastic. Each Snooze features local hot sauce which is a nice touch. They have a full-on coffee/latte/cappuccino station as well as mixed alcoholic drinks if you want to party in the A.M. I don’t eat pork but they offer chicken sausage which is a really good substitute. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. My only criticisms for taking off a star are that this location is too busy any time you’ll likely want to go, parking is a frustration, and you’ll wait 35 minites or more. Also… why the heck don’t they have a mobile coffee station outside for the guests who are waiting? It would generate cashflow, give the customers waiting out in the cold a nice, hot, sweet treat, and encourage conversation among the guests rather than everyone staring at their phone or stalking the people sitting at the bar (you can grab a seat at the bar whenever available without being on the wait list). Just my 2 cents…P.S I drank a few gulps of my cappuccino before the pic. It was originally bulging to the absolute max above the rim without dripping off the side. Well done barrista! Lastly, I feel that once you add up all the sides to make a complete breakfast, it was a bit pricey. If you have a date you could be spending close to $60-70 for breakfast after tip as of January 2023. Also, I just noticed that the menu says cappuccinos are $4.95 but they charged me $6.45?"
