"We are visiting Utah and this was closest to us to stop and we got there 15 min early before they opened and I asked them if we can go inside since it was cold outside and they let us in early and because of us they opened the restaurant early and that was just amazing. The stuff super cool, the food so yummy. This place for sure will be on my list to go eat since it felt like authentic Italian pizzaria. Their service in this location is so top notch. I appreciate for letting us early, you people are amazing in Fuego Bistro."

"Horrible counter service. They would not take anyones order standing in line and forcing all 8 people in line to use the online app. The guy behind the counter kept saying, it will be 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. 20 minutes later. He kept saying the same thing. The manager and or store owner should be ashamed of the customer service. There were several older people that did not know how to use their phone to order food and they left. They need new customer service staff or new management."

"I ordered a dessert along with my salad, and when my food was handed to me, the receipt clearly indicated that I had ordered both items. However, when I got home, I discovered that the dessert was missing from my bag. I called the restaurant and spoke with Camron, who assumed that I had taken a dessert from the counter. As this was my first visit to the restaurant, I believe it's unreasonable to make such assumptions, especially since the desserts were displayed rather attractively on the shelf where my food was being prepared. It's important for staff to communicate clearly with customers instead of assuming they know what to do. I should have been asked if I wanted to take a dessert from the counter or if I preferred to have one included with my order. Overall, my first experience was disappointing, as I paid for something I never received. "

"Ever since the company decided to place orders through call centers out of States rather than directly through the location the service is gone completely down. I have been coming here for years and now they have incompetent staff with a manager that has 0solutions for the problems with the call center. All you get is an apology which doesn't fix anything nor make the situation inany way better. 2.4 miles on the phone, driving from one location to the store, only to have the manager tell me I could placethe order online (while driving). Too much drama for a quick food place, that turned out to be anything but efficient andquick. Update: as of November 26th (last time I'll ever come here), employee working over lettuce without a mask. Customersallowed in without masks as well."

"The food here is excellent! Our group of three sampled three different wraps: the Caprese, Spicy Junk, and Veggie. Each one was delicious, bursting with flavor and genuinely satisfying. The service was impressive as well; the staff was attentive and checked in on us frequently. We really enjoyed the sidewalk seating—especially on such a lovely day. We will definitely be back! "The franchise was very good years ago however it went downhill recently. Of course the noodles are mainly frozen but at least cook them all the way so that they wouldn't get clumped and stuck together. The sauce on the noodles were not evenly distributed as well. The flavor was always on and off each visit being very bland or finally a good amount. Staff was at least very kind and the food came out pretty quick."

"The portions seemed much smaller than what we used to get, and the food was extremely hot—clearly indicating it had been microwaved. I ordered the cavatappi pasta while my husband chose a steak bowl. We had to wait for a while to let the food cool down because it was so hot. As we ate, we noticed that the noodles were overly wet, as if they had been soaking in water for quite some time. It felt like the items were pre-portioned in a bowl, and they just mixed whatever belonged to the dish you ordered. I was really disappointed with the portion size and the cheap presentation of the food. Not to mention, it didn't taste freshly prepared, and the microwaving really diminished the flavor. To top it off, they are still charging the same price—or even more—two years later. This restaurant is now off our list. There's no need for corporate to reach out; we simply won’t be returning. Thank you for saving me money!"

"Let me begin by saying that we have dined here quite frequently. It is not one of my favorite places but my family loves it. Upon arriving, I was surprised to see an empty restaurant when we were told that the only reservations were for later that night. I was also surprised when the waitress told us that they were not serving tap water as it was not clean. She pushed hard to sell the bottled water at $7 per. When she served ice, I questioned her why she was serving it when it was the same tap water. She replied that their ice machine was full for several days and the water used for it was clean. WHAT!! We ordered and everything seemed fine until on my 2nd bite of food, I found a long hair in my dish. When I brought it to her attention, her first response was it is not mine. She did apologize, brought me over a menu and said she would have the kitchen make me a new dish. She never offered to take it off the bill, which I have found standard when this happens. The only reason I did not cause a scene is my family loves it there (I don’t know why) and will probably return. I will not."

"Nice place and great decor. Not a typical Italian (American based) restaurant which is good. Service was great, ours was a large group and two staff members did everything possible to make and feel comfortable. Both of them were so professional and they brought in food and the check with no issues or mistakes which is so amazing. Nice job on the other hand from the food, Dinner roll was not that great, hard and rock solid, seems like a microwaved roll. Soup was so bad, everyone in our group felt that why did we order the soup. Generally soup is suppose to be either hot or warm, but this was cold, basically the soup settled down like a pudding. Main course was ok, not that great."

"I received extremely poor treatment from the staff at this restaurant for no apparent reason. When I politely mentioned to one employee that there was no need to be rude to me, she dismissed me and said she didn't care. I requested to speak to the manager in hopes of finding a customer service professional to address the issue. To my surprise, the employee who was involved in the incident claimed to be the manager. When I asked for her contact information, she refused to provide it. It became clear at that point that I was unlikely to receive any level of respectable customer service."

"Potsticker seemed to be boiled, but that was not terrible? turn the names for quick pick-up to the outside so that people can see their names when you pick up OR have someone greeting and help when you are standing on the counter again. Nobody told me anything. The staff went right past me and said nothing while I was standing there waiting to get my food. Another customer was frustrated and screaming because nobody helped the cashier who helped her and who apparently fought. Total? No great experience and will probably not return to this place."

"I enjoy pasta, but I'm not a fan of this particular restaurant. I've tried a few items on the menu, including the fried chicken and the crusted chicken, and I wasn't impressed with either. The garlic bread also didn't appeal to me. Although I think it's vegan, I would much rather go to Olive Garden. This is just my personal taste, so I would rate it a three. "I had a surprisingly good experience at this chain restaurant, and I found their food to be above average. I'm not sure if all their locations are as good since this is the only one I've tried. I rated them four stars because I ordered online at 10:30 when they first opened, indicating that I'd pick it up in an hour. However, when I inquired about my order around 11:20, the friendly and polite young woman at the front explained that there had been a backlog of orders, but mine had just come up. To her credit, I was able to leave with my complete order by 11:30. One thing I did notice was that none of the food preparers or those packing the bags were wearing gloves. It didn't bother me personally, but it did seem a bit unusual for a food service establishment these days."

"Mac and cheese noodles were a little hard. Not much flavor either. Taste like a Walmart box Mac and cheese. The pasta I got, don’t remember the name but it was a red sauce and had mushrooms and spinach. It was good however my mouth is still burning 10 minutes after dinner. Didn’t know it would be a spicy side actually ordered to split with my 18 month old but that won’t be happening so mac and cheese for him only! Price is okay for the portion you get.. Almost $10 for a regular size for half a bowl of noodles."

"They close at 8:30pm we arrived around 7:30pm. I thought they might be out of some items. We ordered two Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan crusted chicken, both were served without the Alfredo sauce. I had to asked for it. Would have been nice if we wereinformed they would have to make more sauce or ask if we want something else. They didn't have much chicken compared to thepicture. The fresh tomato and spinach was a nice touch, chicken and noodles were flavorful The pot stickers were very good. One spicy Korean beef noodles the presentation was nice with fresh cilantro, lots of sauce, very little beef. The noodle conceptis great, all types of noodle dishes. I will return but probably to another location."

"I really like this restaurant. The person who was taking orders today clearly didn't know the store menu. I've order a kids meal with cauliflower noodles and she said they didn't over cauliflower noodles on kids meals and I had to show point it out to her that was yes an option. When I got to my table I've seen they gave me zucchini noodles with my shrimp scampi when I did not order zucchini noodles. When I went back to request a refund (I was late for an appt and would not have time to have my order remade) she said the shrimp scampi was only served with zucchini noodles. Once again I had to point it to her that the shrimp scampi was also offered under classic noodles. I did get my refund. I don't know if she was new to the store ¯ (ツ) ¯"

"The bathrooms definitely need some attention. They were out of toilet paper, and they didn’t look very clean. As for the food, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5; it’s one of my favorite places to eat. However, the atmosphere at this Noodles & Company leaves something to be desired. The dim lighting wasn't ideal for me personally and made it feel like the lights weren’t functioning properly. Also, the cashier who assisted me was eating at the register, which seemed a bit unprofessional. Is it common for staff to eat in front of customers like that? Despite these issues, I really loved the food; it was well-prepared, served warm, and came out quickly."
