"Potsticker seemed to be boiled, but that was not terrible? turn the names for quick pick-up to the outside so that people can see their names when you pick up OR have someone greeting and help when you are standing on the counter again. Nobody told me anything. The staff went right past me and said nothing while I was standing there waiting to get my food. Another customer was frustrated and screaming because nobody helped the cashier who helped her and who apparently fought. Total? No great experience and will probably not return to this place."

Noodles were dry and potstickers were bland. I could still taste the flour from Mac and cheese lord knows how that happened

HORRIBLE customer service they don't greet you and act like you being there is a problem. I will go to the one in Bowie at least they acknowledge you. The owner of this store needs to do some training because the staff is terrible. RUDE is a understatement. View menu

My least favorite noodles company! I've had multiple bad experiences with this location from them being closed for unexplained reasons, not taking in store orders and also not having everything on the menu is normal at this location. Definitely not going back to this restaurant.

I ordered my wife. She really enjoys the options made here. However, the service needs work. The cashier was unattended, my order was wrong, and when my meal was finally finished. I was recognized to pick it up. I have no high expectations of a chain restaurant. I hope at least a halfway respectable service for a simple to order meal.

This review is for MAURICE I have seen doing an amazing job. Not sure he's a manager. I often come to orders, and many times the workers do not work properly. I've seen him personally on several occasions and I've been helping each station. Political and never his frustrations on the workers. Today he still helped, even though he had gone out. Never come here on your lunch break . Service has went downhill , the cashier obviously hasn’t had proper training took her over 10 min to give someone a discount from their noodle rewards . Also nobody has gloves on just disgusting especially since covid is still around and you’re handling food ..also didn’t give me extra Parmesan chicken .. which I paid for unbelievable

I have often come to this noodle and company as they have GF options and they are close to my job. The only thing is that it varies between Ok and Love (3-5 stars) depending on the chef and person who takes the orders I guess. Mostly the customer service was good- they are nice and friendly. If u have any food restrictions, simply repeat it and check your order to ensure that it is correct. Overall, I appreciate them 4 stars.
