"I ordered pizza and wings for pick-up and checked the prices online beforehand. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was charged $14 more than expected. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told it was due to the extra cheese. When I got home, I double-checked and called them back, but I was just given the runaround with no clear answers. I've decided not to go back. Be cautious when ordering from them; they claim that the prices online are incorrect but haven't updated them. I can't shake the feeling that I was treated unfairly because I'm a woman."

"THIS WAS A 5 place a 1.5 Yrs ago! My GO TO FOR EVERYTHING!!! Now since there’s been NEW OWNERS it’s TERRIBLE!! Idk what is going on but if let’s say a person of India is going to invest in a take out place, then why would you choose italian style take out, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH IT of course. Which sadly these people Do not Have! Ive tried multiple times to Understand and support them in their dreams of running a successful BUSINESS and having the American dream, but with little success. The straw that broke my back was when I ordered my go2 chicken cutlet calzone, I ordered it as usual, was eating it as I felt a hair in my mouth, I went to pull it PRAYING it was just mozzarella cheese, but no, a long blondish hair came out still attached to the chess and chicken I was chewing, THE HAIR WAS BAKED INTO THE CALZONE! It didn’t just fall on-top, it was in there!?? I also have short brown hair, Like VERY SHORT. When I called flipping out and asking WHY THE COOK DOESNT WEAR A HAIR NET, they put me on hold for 3-5 minutes then the owner picked up and said “Sorry sir, but we take all the necessary health code precautions here” that’s when I said “ LISTEN UP, I have a 8 inch long medium BLONDE hair in my hand right now, SO IF YOU HAVE A PERSON MAKING CALZONES WITH THE SAME HAIR, YOU BETTER APOLOGIZE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ILL HIRE THE BEST LAWYER ALIVE, Give him this hair to run a DNA TEST ON AND IF THIS PERSON EVER WORKED FOR YOU, I WILL OWN YOUR RESTAURANT! To which he pauses, then apologized and asked if I wanted a new calzone or money back? I said I want my money back and they can come get the calzone, minus the hair.They did not come but I got a refund a month later when I filed the complaint with my card.Had this man just apologized at first, I’d have been ok with it, Not order ever again but I can understand an employee not doing what they’re supposed to. But trying to turn it around on me when I told him the hair color and length, that I got me very upset! Especially with their price increase and charging for every little thing, EVEN MUSTARD ON MY PASTRAMI ONCE!! SMH. DONT BUY FROM THIS LONDIS, Idk about the rest!"

"I've eaten a few times in the sunset coffe shop. When I first came, I was with my children. they ate their eating without problems. I thought it was okay. When I came next time, I was only with my daughter. eating was good enough, nothing that turned out. today my daughter wanted to come back as it was the lunchtime, it is near lutheran where she had a date, and it is freezing out. they ordered a cheeseburger deluxe with tomato, avocado, ketchup mayo. I tried a huh empenada/pastelillo. I bit my chest, but I couldn't eat it. it was too hard and slandered. I took a bite from the meat part, but I could hardly eat because the chicken was excessively dry. I like chicken breast and I know it can be dry, but that was almost like food-a-papiertuch dry! I returned the pastellillo and let her know that it was too dry to eat. then I tried the steak quesadilla. the first bite tasted a little strange. I was hesitant, but took 2 bites to make sure. I couldn't eat anymore. I had to give it back. my daughter had no problem with her burger. I also tasted to make sure that my taste buds did not smug out today. it takes like a typical diner-patty- nothing special, but it is efficacious to eat in contrast to that I tried today. also it is very cold inside! there was no heat to help escape from the cold outside. I don't want to take much warmth, but there were none. it is unpleasant to eat or wait until someone else can eat while it is cold in the interior! I was hoping to have a good lunch today. I was very disappointed. I gave them two stars because the children liked it. I don't think I'll eat here again, even though the kids still want."

"This review is from my UberEats Order. One thing I appreciated was that I called before hand and included in my note to ask for gobi pakora in my veg mixed platter appetizer and they graciously did so! The price to portions is great. I highly recommend the mixed bread basket you get three types for a great price and it's large pieces nicely sliced in half and arrives hot. I got the mixed veg and non veg appetizers and they do not cheap out! Two samosas plus two of variety of atleast 4 types of appetizers in each! My butter chicken was perfectly buttery creamy. I loved how warm everything was and packed with love and plenty of onion chutney and tamarind sauce. My favorite item was the chicken naan! WOW game changer. Support small local businesses, this is also the Union pizza house or something, they cook both pizza and Indian food!"

June 2022 Update: Title: (Yes I Still Recommend This Place, But I’ll Be Drooling Over The Menu From Afar) Still really like the food here, but ouch ordered a horataki salad $12 with grilled chicken $7 added total $19 Added babaganoush (however that’s spelled) It’s just an eggplant dip. $12 up $2 more than before we already thought it was pricey for the portion. Optional but not necessary Extra pita 1 portion $2 up from $1. The salad fresh, delicious healthy but really just good enough for one meal. Plus the babganoush (again please excuse the spelling) portion can be an appetizer for 2 or a light meal for one. Illustrating that for $33 for one meal is, at least for our family, pricey. And that’s not all we ordered so it was very expensive for 2 people for a casual dinning eatery for lunch on a Tuesday. Overall yes I still recommend this place, however for my family I, we cannot eat here as often as we would like or have in the past for all the economic reasons gas prices, food prices at the market etcetera. Whatever the reasons are economic, political, pandemic, climate change the buck always gets passed down to the customer so I’ll be drooling over the menu from afar"

"This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. When I arrived, the owner was on his phone and ignored me for five minutes. Once I finally took a bite of my food, I found a small chicken wing bone in it. I tried calling to report the issue, but the person on the other end couldn't understand me. So, I went in person to show the owner a picture of the bone, and he dismissed it, claiming it was impossible and had never happened before. While he did give me a refund, he was very rude and unapologetic, even calling me a "lousy" customer."

"I placed an order requested contactless delivery. The instructions I left were ring bell walk down the stairs and leave at door with glass window. The point of this is to use the door as a barrier between me and the delivery driver. The delivery driver who disregarded everything written and started to approach the door. I let the unmasked ungloved (even though it 's the law!!!!! Know to leave it at the door. With a smirk he replies oh leave it here and drops my food on the floor. I typically wait for the driver to leave before retrieving my food but with the attitude of this driver I rushed through the door to get my food. No sooner do I open the door does the disgusting germ ridden delivery driver starts open air hack coughing. Like seriously? If this is the attitude you 're business is going to take during covid19 just close down. We called to explain to someone the experience we just had with the delivery. Of course we were treated as if we we 're the problem. Completely dismissed and we 're told Oh and about the cough he 's a smoker you do understand smokers cough right? So you 're breaking the law and now you speak to the customer as if we 're stupid. Like you have an issue with reading and comprehension yet I 'm talked to like I 'm stupid. I spend my money I expect respect instead you get mediocre food poor customer service and talked to like you 're an idiot. I read a review from 2 months ago mentioning they weren 't wearing masks. That customer was told they will resolve the issue. 2 months and still no masks. This place is going to be the cause of a covid19 outbreaks in canton if they don 't do better and resolve this. Absolutely disgusting?"

"This restaurant is known for their Bratwurst sandwiches, so I decided to try the Jr. Brat and Rind. It was a bit disappointing as it arrived cold, even though it's hard to mess up a sandwich. They shouldn't advertise it as a hot sandwich if they only heat it up for 15 seconds. It seemed like they may have just quickly thrown it on a flattop. The sandwich was also on the small side for the price of 8 dollars. However, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Perhaps it deserves only 2 stars."

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is quite tasty, and the service is attentive and prompt. I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant for its authentic cuisine and great location. Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating significantly due to a serious issue. During my two visits, I witnessed a mouse running through the dining area on both occasions, first spotted by a friend and then personally observed. Additionally, I noticed mouse droppings on the bar counter, which was quite alarming and unsettling. I addressed my concerns with a staff member, who apologized, cleaned the bar, and mentioned that they were working to resolve the problem. It was clear they were aware of the rodent situation, which is troubling considering the visibility of the mice. As much as I used to enjoy the food here, I haven’t returned since. While I understand that pest problems can happen anywhere, I’ve never encountered such issues while dining out before."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! Their aubergine parm calzones and subs are fantastic, and they offer delicious cold sandwiches, crispy onion rings, and fries—all at great prices. The small onion rings are just $2.50, while subs start at $5.00 and go up from there. I highly recommend it! Their pizza is super cheesy, so if you prefer less cheese, you can either ask for it that way or just take it home. I like to put it in the oven at 350°F for a bit; this way, any excess cheese comes off, and the crust gets nice and crispy. It's especially good with the stuffed crust!"

"Their menu says you get free cheesy bread sticks with orders over 20$. So last 2 times we 've paid over 20$ and when they forgot bread sticks they say you have to mention it so theyd bring next time. Today was next time I ordered a steak and cheese and drinks then told the guy about how last time the woman said to tell them about the cheesy bread sticks they literally sent Pizza dough with no cheese at all not even a shred and the steak and cheese also barely had cheese. We ordered from this place probably 50 times since they 're local. The guy could care less about his customers! Their food has taken a nose dive or they lost their chef but if you expect cheese on either of those cheesy sticks or steak and cheese don 't call Peruchos Please! Also when my wife called to tell them the bread sticks had no cheese he said can you call me back later I am to busy and hung up. She called back again and he said ok no problem I will have the driver send them, an hour goes by and nothing so for the third time on a Saturday night she called around 8pm and the same guy answered and said he never authorized a new cheesy bread stick to be delivered?????? Then said that 's the way the bread sticks will be from now on. She asked how much to reorder the cheesy bread sticks and he said $8.50 because of the $2.50 delivery charge which we paid the first time... On top of the $16.56 for a large steak and cheese and a few drinks, completely ridiculous!"
