"It was late and we were looking for food to be delivered and this place was recommended by the representative at the front desk of the hotel we were staying in (he did warn us it was no good). My friend called and the lady that answered the phone wasso rude, my friend try to ignore her attitude and rudeness and continued to try and place an order, unfortunately it was toomuch and she ended the call to avoid being rude in return. I waited a few minutes and decided to try again (we really wantedsome food lol) this time a gentleman answered the phone he promptly asked for my phone number and cut me off after my area codeand continued to read back to my friends number. I corrected him and continued trying to place an order. Unfortunately afterasking for address and phone number? he jumped to asking me ? anything else? ? Needless to say we didn?t ending up ordering fromthis place. Horrible customer service!!!! We ended up ordering from Teriyaki House! ????????"

Cmon!!!! Your small pizza is smaller than one single slice at ANY boston pizza place yet cost $18-21 not $3. Just unacceptable pricing. Add delivery and tip you pay like $26 for a slice of pie. Not cool

The food here is excellent, but their online orders are consistently about 10 minutes late. Since I’m usually on a lunch break with limited time, I typically place my order an hour in advance. Additionally, their wraps are tasty, but it's a bit strange that they don't cut them in half, given how large they are.

I’m a huge pizza fan. I eat it at least twice a week. Have tried almost all Boston pizza places and this hidden gem is one of the two best pizza spots in Boston. The pizza is thin and crispy and the quality of toppings is superb. The buffalo chicken pizza is a 10/10. The person working was extremely nice. Highest recommendation, this place needs to get on the map.

My sister likened the pizza to Ci Ci's, and she was spot on; the cheese was lackluster, and the pizza wasn't worth the price. However, the Spicy Wing Dings were quite enjoyable. The breading had a nice kick and was adequately moist, though the ranch dip served with them was merely okay, not great. As for the Raspberry Cheesecake, it tasted good, but I suspect they buy it from The Cheesecake Factory to resell it, so you don’t have to worry about it tasting bad.
