"Shout out to Nathan for being awesome! As a cashier, Nathan is your first impression of McAllister's Deli, and his kindness and helpfulness will make your day. Similarly, shout out to the staff here, sorry I'm forgetting your names. God bless all of you here!McAllister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, and best of all, McAllister's Famous Sweet Tea!!! ? The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Sweet Tea! ?The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAllister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness of black tea, balanced by the sweetness of pure sugar and the zing of freshly squeezed lemon!5/5; highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Additionally, you can freely customize your menu options to remove the meat or poultry ingredients, should you desire a vegetarian meal but still wish to experience the signature menu items! ? ?Dietary restrictions: This restaurant's menu selections do include gluten, meat and poultry, and dairy.Parking: At McAllister's Deli, rest assured that you will find plenty of parking in the parking lot. ?️Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid-friendly place! However, please exercise caution and refrain from giving your kiddos caffeine. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Aside from a door that you must pull, the rest of the restaurant is wheelchair accessible."

"Here’s a rewritten version of the restaurant review in English: **Summary:** Despite a lengthy wait caused by a kitchen mishap that was resolved, the food was delicious and reasonably priced for a mid-tier dining experience. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and noticed a few catering orders being prepared, which meant it might take some time for our order to be taken. However, this was fine because it gave us a chance to explore the extensive menu. Once we placed our order with the friendly staff member at the counter, we settled at a clean table and enjoyed a lively conversation in the pleasant atmosphere, which felt a bit rushed but still upbeat. As the wait continued, we began to realize it was taking longer than usual. One of the managers came over to apologize, explaining that the oven had shut down unexpectedly but that our food would be out shortly. I considered this a minor issue since they were courteous enough to inform us of the delay, and it certainly saved them from losing a star in my review, especially since the food turned out to be excellent. Now, let's talk about the food! I ordered a French dip sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup, even though I typically dislike broccoli. I like to test whether places can make dishes I usually avoid more enjoyable, and in this case, they succeeded! The soup was delightful and even featured bits of carrot, which added a nice touch. My fiancée chose a grilled cheese sandwich made with a mix of cheeses. It was filling enough for her to take half of it to work, and she mentioned that it retained its flavor even after reheating—something that's hard to achieve with a microwaved sandwich. As for my French dip sandwich, it was a bit messy but of great quality and incredibly tasty. I even dipped it into the soup to create a wonderfully cheesy combination. Overall, both the food and service made for a satisfying experience, and I look forward to returning!"

"First worst experience, will not be back. Waited 37 minutes in the drive through, and when I get up to the window to pay the lady says “you had kids meal?” I said uhh no.. She says “ok that lady must have drove off, ok what did you have?” I only remembered that I ordered a half a sandwich and soup but didn’t know the names because I don’t come to McAllisters, so I told her that I ordered a half sandwich and soup and she said “$15.52” I asked if it is usually around a 35+ minute wait as I don’t come here but want to know that way I can plan accordingly in the future since I’ve spent my entire lunch break and then some in their drive thru and she said “$15.52”. I then asked if they always charge full price after their customers wait almost 40 minutes with their cars idling for food, and she said “yes, $15.52.” So I handed her my card and let her know that I would like a receipt. I waited a few more minutes for my card to be brought back to me, as she brought it to the front of the restaurant to run it, and she did return a few minutes later with my card and receipt as well as my half sandwich, soup, and large iced tea (which the ice had almost completely melted in). I called after leaving the drive thru and pressed 3 to speak with a member of management and the same woman from the drive thru answered the call and immediately said “please hold” and put me on hold. She came back to the line and said “how can I help you” and before I could even say a word she hung up. Definitely not an experience that I would say is worth $15.52, and in the future I will not invest 40 minutes in their drive thru for that kind of service. My sandwich was lukewarm and my soup is a gelatinous coagulated consistency- Would not recommend.McAllisters: I know that this review will probably get the same canned-air response that you comment on every poor review, so please don’t feel the need to waste your time!"
