"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

"Our server, Juan, was great and very attentive. The food, however, was another thing. The portion of fried pickles was absolutely ridiculous and the saucey chicken sandwich I ordered was smaller than the bun and so dry I couldn't eat it. I asked for another and Juan made it happen."

"the only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

"The customer isn't important at BWW. We walked in and waited in a line of another customer also waiting for a hostess. There is a hostess stand at the front door. No hostess. After mins a hostess came to help, but she could only do one thing at a time. It would have been efficient to check the customer in and then check my party in. The hostess checked customer in and then left to do another task. The store manager came over, but instead of helping, she rolled her eyes and lipped words of disappointment about the hostess' work ethic. The manager did not recognize the line to be seated, though there were to tables available for new customers. It's too loud in BWW as well. When I provided a certificate for credit with the waiter called the same manager over who stated she didn't do credits at this store. I told her I had received a certificate credit at this store in past, so it was possible to complete. I don't do those here. This shouldn't be the diners experience, so go somewhere else. Rude staff and inappropriate decisionmaking and very poor managers without reasonable experience with customer care and operations"

"We celebrated my daughters birthday at BWW last Saturday, August We had a large party of people. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was outstanding! She did an amazing job of keeping up with drink orders as the teenagers arrived at different times! We placed several appetizer orders and those were all served promptly. Everyone got their main entree at roughly the same time. She checked on us constantly. My daughter and her friends had a great time and the food was great!"

"if I could have written this without star, I would have. I called in a job and was treated rudely by a worker because I didn't understand it (she spoke extremely fast and mumbling.) it was said that the job was finished for 20 minutes. we go to pick up our order half an hour later and it was not ready. we'll wait half an hour before we get our food. every employee we talked to during this process was rude, short, could take care less that everyone was even there. the manager brought out our order and was annoyed with us that we asked the long waiting time. seriously?! she tried to accuse the system, she also told me when I called in my order, they were not busy. hmmm. why was our order not started and completed?! there was also an apology for that which did not make sense. the manager ton and actions were inappropriate and inappropriate. I know that the whole country is undergoing a personal scarcity, the way we were treated was of lack of reason and education. a manager should know how to treat a restaurant for which they are responsible, they should know how to blame themselves for the mistakes of their systems, rather than a computer. they should be problem-solving and have the ability to talk to people. unnecessary to say we will never go back to this restaurant again. I will not take the chance to be dismantled and spoken with so crazy rudely before my child again."

"When we arrived, there were very few people in the place, probably due to Corona. Definitely did not need a reservation. Our hostess was not wearing a mask and neither did the waitress. Service was fairly quick and adequate, although the waitress did not know anything at all about the wine. Food came out quickly and it was typical BWW fare. Wings and celery sticks. I had leftovers which I took home. When I got home and in better lighting, I saw chicken hair all over my remaining wings. After taking the meat off the bones, I gave them to my dog, who didnât mind the hair in the least. This was the second strike for BWW as far as we are concerned. The previous time we ordered takeout. When we got our chicken wings home we discovered they did not have any seasoning on them at all. Not even salt. Yechch! IDK, BWW, you are slipping. It is going to take me awhile to get over the hairy wings. I should think you could torch those babies to singe all the hair off."

"Today, my husband, my son, and I dined at this restaurant. Our server/bartender, Jess, was outstanding! She was very attentive, always bringing refills before we even had to ask. Despite it being the 4th of July weekend and not too busy, our experience has not always been favorable in similar situations. The food was excellent, served hot and fresh. While my son works at a different location and preferred not to visit his own workplace on his day off, we came to this location for his sake. Personally, I usually prefer his location. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to Jess, but we were disappointed that they did not allow my son to use his employee discount. We will need to verify this policy. Thank you."

"error rate up to 80% started with a 75% error rate, went to 80% and then to 85% error rate in errors made to my pickup orders last year. I originally never checked my orders, but every time I came home, I noticed something was missing. I accuse myself not to check before leaving, but how hard is it to get a simple wing / rider / nachos order right? missing fires, false wing sauce, forget carrots / ranch dressing, 2 orders of boneless instead of one and one, failing to give me reward points, adding things to my order that I did not want, etc. seriously, how uncompetent can these people be? I have even stopped ordering online because of the mistakes and ordering only in person now, but still they do. I have recently been informed that another regional manager has taken over so that hopefully the dinge will improve (they cannot get worse). below are the updates since my original review:Update 8/14/22. like the clockwork they forget the ultimate afteros with my order, but for the luck this time I checked. error rate now at 80%Update: 9/11/22. this time my big pommes were missing. now error rate at 85% omt, 3 bites for 40 wings and 3 pieces celery. platz is the worst update: 10/2/22. It could be that they finally learned. my order was perfect with all the things I ordered, including. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. we just need to see the worst management ever!"

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. They did not use any contact billing where the link was sent to me in a text and I paid online what I LOVED. I will definitely come back."

"The food is consistently delicious at any Buffalo Wild Wings location I visit. The only drawback was the longer than usual wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Wings, Mozzarella Sticks Appetizer, Hot Wings, and Wings and Fries. The average cost per person for dinner is between $30-50."

"Ordered on the app around 8:40pm. Said it would be ready around 9:40pm. Go to pick it up and they say they don't have the order. Finally they magically find it, but have to make it still. So there goes another 20 minutes of waiting for the food. We bring it back to the car and check it. We are missing all of the sauces and celery. So we go back in and they give us some ranches and our celery. We get to my apartment and unload the bag completely. We were still missing 1 ranch and received no southwestern ranch for the fried pickles, which were not crispy and pretty undercooked. The wings were good, but overall this was not a pleasant experience at all."

"I never had an experience in a wing restaurant. I loved eating absolutely. I worked as a trainer under yum corporation and I spent a lot of time cooking as you were specific and that was exquisite. I would also like to say that the service should die. I was never thirsty at any point where they let the drinks flow. my waitress was also very amusing to check me and my family and make sure everything was to our pleasure. 5 stars made me."

"The size of the boneless wings were noticeably much smaller than previously experienced at other locations. We informed our server that the carrots and celery were missing. Never saw the server again until the end. When we told him again and he just laughed and said shall I get them now and box them up, only joking . No apology or anything. Really poor customer services. He seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with other members of staff. Not very professional. I 've given it 2 stars as the food that did come was tasty and as expected, but the size of the boneless were noticeably smaller. No stars for service."

"I had a positive experience at the restaurant. The waitress was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to change seats. I ordered the 10-piece boneless chicken with a split sauce, and let me tell you, if you enjoy spicy food, you’re in for a treat. However, if you’re not a fan of heat, be careful with the mango habanero! When I say it’s REALLY SPICY, I mean it. That sauce was intense! The waitress even joked about bringing a fire extinguisher!"
