"This review hopefully reaches the owner. Please do everyone a favor and take a further look and review your employees performance, especially Natalie. At a restaurant that charges at least 20+ per plate, an experience that I hope many individuals do not have to go through where you are greeted by people with terrible customer service like Natalie who says, Have you checked the menu and prices? Her tone and demeanor in asking the question to imply that we cannot afford the pricing, and for her to immediately judge us was nothing but rude and discriminating. We will never be back to this business because of people like Natalie. This establishment is terrible because of employees like Natalie. For an owner to allow hostesses who treat and greet customers based on what they perceive is correct (even while they actually spent more than most) with such a unwelcoming feeling is just so disappointing. It makes us feel terrible even while we are the ones spending at a restaurant leaving with such a bad experience, money was wasted. Hopefully everyone will know of your business and how unwelcoming it is and just how it truly operates. Hopefully you will not overlook the fact that hostesses like this will ruin your business and everything you worked for. It is very sad and if you care enough for your business, you will reconsider using this really rude woman to GREET your guests acting snobbish. Natalie, you ruin the experience and you ruin the business. Such a terrible experience and we will continue to let everyone know this restaurant is ruined because of people like you..."

"I NEVER write bad reviews! Sad this location has to be the first. I came in with a smile and LITERALLY asked if they could possibly fit in a table for 5. I saw that there was a big party coming in which is why I was so nice because you know they?ll be busy. BUT TOO BUSY TO SEE MORE PEOPLE?I don?t see how but ok. I?m in customer service so I know how hard it can be which is why I know for a fact I came in as polite as possible. Waste of time. Empty tables, not greeting guests, and telling a party of 5 there?s a 2 hour wait. RIDICULOUS. For the host to have to even look twice and go to the manager who obviously does not know how to MANAGE ?a full restaurant? waving hands around talking about how there is no room and telling the host to go give the bad news instead of himself. Boggles my mind. I run a business so take note. With the amount of empty 4 Seater tables and the bar being COMPLETELY EMPTY. Offer to: Join some of the tables together and accommodate Accommodate the regular menu at the bar Manager come to the party yourself and apologize for the inconvenience of driving that far for a place we?ve been to before and is NEVER FULL. CORPORATE and/or FRANCHISE OWNER also take note? YOU ARE LOOSING OUT ON THE POTENTIAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY because your current management is awful and obviously isn?t helping to develop the rest of the team to problem solve and make simple decisions. Best of luck trying to grow your business, you lost a business bringing in new business."

"I am a huge fan of Rodizio, eating at several well established Brazilian restaurants over the past several decades. It was great to see that one existed locally, and my girlfriend and I were excited to give it a try just having enjoyed Fogo De Chao over the past year. We both had similar mixed opinions about our dining experience at Flames. It was mostly good, but we both thought for the price it could have been much better. First, let's start with the price. At $60 per person, it's exorbitantly high. This is the kind of price I paid at Fogo De Chao in Philadelphia a year ago. It's the kind of price you expect to pay in a large city. I had not expected to pay this much locally, and it looks like not too long ago the price was $40 per person. I do realize that food is expensive right now and restaurants everywhere are raising their costs, but when you pay this kind of price per person you expect a heightened level of service and quality of meal. Fortunately, the service here is tremendously good. We were greeted warmly, seated immediately (we made a reservation), and our server was extremely polite, attentive, and willing to answer questions about the different kinds of foods on the salad and hot bar. There was always someone nearby refilling our glass of water when it was low. I was very impressed with the staff here. As far as the Rodizio is concerned, we did not have to wait to be served a multitude of different meats. I was amazed at how fast the servers came around. We just could not keep up with them. There was a nice array of chicken, steak, short ribs, sausage, and lamb. Even when we turned our cards over to indicate we were full, a server came over with a brown sugar coated pineapple dessert that he thought we would be interested in. He was right and it was quite good. The thing we were not crazy about was the quality of the meat. It was very hit or miss with many of the selections being very dry. This seems to be a common compl"

"You guys. We have really been sleeping on this gem. I was taken here for a birthday dinner and it really turned out to be one of the best meals and experiences I have had in St Louis so far. First of all, the location was at the Galleria in Brentwood, but it's located on the outer edge of the mall towards the parking garage so you don't actually have to go into the mall to visit, which is a bonus. We easily found close parking in the lot next to the entrance, even on a Saturday night at 7 pm. There was no wait and while moderately busy, it wasn't crowded and we were immediately seated in the beautiful main dining area. The ordering here is the easiest ever: an all you can eat price (around 45 covers all the portions of high end steak cuts, chicken, and pork you care to try plus salad bar and garlic mashed potatoes. You go the salad bar immediately, then a colored card you are given to put by your plate indicates that you want more meat servings (green) or that you are full for now (red). The absolutely smashing salad bar had super fresh romaine salad, lots of unique toppings/dressings, and pickled veggies and olives, prepared salads like fluffy decadent Brazilian potato salad, fattoush, cucumber salad, fresh mozzarella balls, nuts, marinated shrimp, ciabatta bread and goat cheese, garlic green beans, tomatoes, couscous, rice, grilled carmelized pineapple slices!! It was outstanding!! Also included with your dinner were creamy perfect garlic mashed potatoes, a basket of little gooey savory cheese popovers (my favorite new thing), and broiled bananas with cinnamon brown sugar sauce! Yum.. Now to the meats: As the meat serving gauchos wandered the dining room with their skewers, we were immediately offered medium rare filet mignon, which was lightly seasoned and perfect. Next was a slice of medium rare picanha, a Brazilian cut which was one of the most delectable things I have ever put in my mouth. Other savory meats followed: garlic parmesan pork, garlic chicken, bacon wrapped sirloin and chicken, medium sirloin, and then they all came around again before we left. The picanha was by far the best. All were good, only one of the pork cuts was a bit dry, but still had fabulous flavor. We got so full, we may have rolled out of there.... The only thing we paid extra for were some really good cocktails. One a tropical punch, and my partner got a caipirana, like a perfect lemon shakeup made with liquor: that drink that was AMAZING! It's the national drink of Brazil! I wished I had gotten one of those. Our service was fabulous and attentive, and the place was so clean and beautifully appointed with glittery lighting and fresh flowers everywhere. We had a magnificent night here. I can't recommend it enough."
