Delicious food and great service. I recommend the pizzas and the lamb chops. Will definitely be back!!

I dropped in for a quick lunch and ordered the fig and apple salad, along with some artichokes to start. For my main course, I had the mushroom pizza topped with truffles, which was tasty, although the truffles could have been fresher. The service was good, and the location was convenient. View menu

Nella is always a go to spot for us. Cocktails are delicious and we always get a Pinsa. Our server, Carlos was attentive and personable. The one thing I was disappointed with was that our pinsa was not very hot when it came out. There were a total of four tables in the entire restaurant and thought the food would have been super hot and fresh. Will still go again though cause they're sooo good.

Upon arriving at our reserved time, we were promptly shown to our table. We opted to sit indoors instead of outside. The atmosphere in the room was quite noisy, which made it challenging for me to follow conversations at our table since I wear hearing aids. However, the servers were outstanding, and the service wasExcellent, along with the food. We will definitely return to Nella's for another meal.

The outdoor seating area is absolutely stunning. I began my meal with an Aperol spritz, which was delightful. For the appetizer, I ordered the tuna tartare, and it was incredible. For the main course, I had the cioppino; the sauce was simply out of this world. To finish off, I enjoyed a freshly made raspberry or blackberry sorbet, which was possibly the best sorbet I’ve ever tasted. During my last visit, I noticed a new policy that prohibits well-behaved dogs from dining outside. This feels like a disappointing shift for the culture of Los Olivos and the Central Coast. As a result, I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Instead, I'm currently at the Wine Merchant Cafe across the street, where the food is excellent and priced similarly—plus they have four dog bowls available outside. The pizzas at this restaurant were both delicious and light. We enjoyed dining outdoors, and there was ample seating available for lunch on a Monday. However, I’d like to point out a couple of things: while our waiter was excellent, he didn’t inform us about the prices of the specials, which led to some surprise when we saw the bill. We weren’t expecting to pay $45 for a personal pizza. Although the generous amount of truffle justifies the price, I believe it should be communicated when the specials are presented, as it’s significantly higher than the regular menu prices. This review hopefully reaches the owner. Please do everyone a favor and take a further look and review your employees performance, especially Natalie. At a restaurant that charges at least 20+ per plate, an experience that I hope many individuals do not have to go through where you are greeted by people with terrible customer service like Natalie who says, Have you checked the menu and prices? Her tone and demeanor in asking the question to imply that we cannot afford the pricing, and for her to immediately judge us was nothing but rude and discriminating.
