"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Playa Bowls tonight. I placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later, only to wait an additional 20 minutes before finally receiving my food. The three employees working had noticeable attitudes, making both me and other customers visibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the three orders before mine were incorrect and had to be remade—a clear sign of carelessness. When I finally received my order, it was poorly assembled and far below the usual standard. The state of the store was equally appalling—trash and Wendy’s packaging littered the side counter, flies were everywhere, and, most concerningly, the employees were actively spraying chemicals near the food prep area while rushing to leave. As a result, my meal reeked of cleaning products and was completely inedible. By 9:25 PM, rather than assisting customers, the staff was singularly focused on closing early. They had even stacked all the chairs to prevent anyone from sitting, making it abundantly clear that customer experience was not their priority. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for basic service standards were astonishing. If management values the reputation of this location, I strongly urge them to review what transpired on February 1, 2025, at 9 PM, and take appropriate action. These employees should not be in customer-facing roles. Disappointed and highly unlikely to return."
