So fresh and delicious! It was my first time visiting and I can?t wait to come back. The entire bowl was amazing and they have so many different bowls to choose from This is definitely the best acai bowl I have ever tasted. So far, I haven?t tried anyacai bowl like this one.

I ordered three items from UberEATS, but they forgot one of them. In addition to that, I have an issue with this location not sealing the tops of their cups, like those used for smoothies. When it comes to deliveries, the cups should be securely sealed. You can't just rely on everyone to handle orders the way they should be. View menu

I ordered 3 items on UberEATS. They forgot 1 item. Besides not receiving one thing I have a problem with this location not sealing the tops of their cups. Like with smoothies and what not. When it comes to delivery's you should seal the tops. Youcan't just trust everyone to handle orders in the way they are supposed to be handled.

I want to love this place because their food is amazing but the service is laughably bad .. they almost always mess up the order, today I ordered no honey add wheatgrass and my bowl was covered in honey which I can not have. I was nice and they werenice and made me another bowl which had completely different toppings than I initially ordered?

I really want to love this restaurant because their food is fantastic, but the service is comically poor. They frequently get my order wrong. Today, I specifically requested no honey and to add wheatgrass, but my bowl came drenched in honey, which I can’t have. We go to Brighton location every weekend, this weekend was a really bad experience. They took one hour to prepare the bowl, they left them outside so it was completely melted once it arrived to us, they forgot to prepare one and they forgot to add half ofthe toppings we asked them to add. I think that for the price they charge for this bowls they should make a greater effort ontiming preparation and accuracy. Not impressed at all.

Ordered while there was no one here! They were working on a couple of mobile orders but in total it took 30 minutes to get 1 bowl!! I understand that there are mobile orders before me, however once a line formed they started getting bowls at much quicker. A line formed about 10 minutes after we ordered, and they all got there bowls a lot sooner where as we waited half an hour. Nonetheless, the açaí bowl was very good. Will be back with hopefully a better experience. Definitely try the Nutella açaí bowl!!! View menu
