"Why do the employees here shut off the phone so often?! First, if PB made their door dash profile more accessible, people wouldn’t need to call, but they give ZERO way to remove items/allergens from a bowl, or do double bases, etc., they only allow you to ADD, so they can get more money. As a result, the only option is to call after ordering, and more often than not it goes straight to voicemail. My stupidity for ordering before I tried the phone, but what the heck.Dietary restrictions: Don’t have any of you’re ordering through Door Dash! They set up their profile so you have zero option to change your order for your dietary restrictions. Even the “special instructions” they set so you can just click to cancel the order if their out of an item."
