"The owner was the man to greet me. He was very friendly and helpful. He suggested their popular dishes and made comfortable small talk which lead to a fun conversation. The food came out faster than expected and quoted. It was very presentable and tasted even better! I ordered the garlic chicken. The taste is full and hit all the ranges with a perfect balance of savory with a hint of ginger that comes through mid bite. Even the rice was delicious and topped with seaweed and sesame seeds. The cabbage under the chicken is a nice touch. I decided to get a drink during my meal. The owner's wife suggested her favorite, Pineapple ? Orange ? juice and it was very refreshing. I didn't eat all day and still took over half my food home! I have definitely found my authentic Hawaiian food spot! I will be returning. Thank you for the wonderful food and experience! "As locals, we absolutely love this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere are outstanding. We're quite particular about our food, especially when it comes to beef, and the prime rib here ranks among the top two in town. For a rib roast to truly shine, it has to be not just prime grade beef but also aged—a practice that's not as common as you might think. This fantastic restaurant achieves that. The prime rib was incredibly tender; the knife just slid through it. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you receive, and if you're like us and prefer smaller portions, you can easily share one of their generously sized prime ribs or steaks. This is a must-visit dining spot in Las Vegas, whether you're a resident or just passing through. It has a charming old-school vibe, beautifully decorated, with excellent service to match."

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as stated and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"My partner and I ate here last night, and oh my did we have the most amazing experience. We had the bone-in ribeye and truffle fries. BOTH were very delicious and flavorful. Joseph was our server, not only was he attentive, timely, and professional but he also made sure to address us on a first name basis. We really appreciated that. Joseph asked if we were dining with them for a special occasion, and I told him my birthday was the day prior, next thing I know we had a giant chocolate cake sitting in front of us. It was such a treat. Thanks again for the amazing service and the cake! We enjoyed it all."

"We were extremely excited to go here to celebrate a special occasion with a large group. While we are grateful they allow for large groups, our food was far from exceptional for the prices that we paid. The pasta was undercooked and still a little hard, seafood shells were still floating around in the pasta (I could've chipped a tooth), the oil in they used for some was clearly cheap and slathered over the pasta, and I can easily say my Eastern European mother makes better linguini and clam sauce out of a can than what they had served. We mainly munched on bread the whole night since that was the best thing that was served and it's all we had for the first 1.5 hours while we waited for our food. We are GREATLY disappointed about the price we paid for the portions to be sub par and the food not to be worth it. Save your money and get the unlimited breadstick deal from Olive Garden. PS. Not to complain more, but the food waiter making fun of my Minnesota accent was absolutely unnecessary."
