So a small can do like 3 people for a good appetite to eat and large 5 people with big appetite. And the bread was k I think they should just up charge for garlic bread ... and the noise was as it was a Saturday and place was busy down the hall For a event . "fun. we met very nice and friendly koch anthony with us to check out and out. ask us 4 if we feel that one of the dishes need food improvements or changes. he also collected workers to sing my sister and my birthday. he spoke to us about 4 to 5 times our dinner, that we all enjoyed entertainment and how he added at our time there. our server very attentive and timely with drinks and feed and after. we have made an online booking. No one has known us only after 10 minutes. lora werry"

"Food....lots of food! Everything is served family style so come with 3-5 people. We went with just 2 of us and had leftovers. The food was delicious. Our waitresses was very nice. The walls are very busy to keep you entertained with so much to look at. And dont forget the dessert! The colossal brownie Sundae was huge!!! Delicious but huge!!"

"Started w/ Chopped Antipasti Salad. Best Italian-style salad I've had in years! Mixed greens heavily dressed in tangy vinaigrette, but still crisp greens w/ chopped Italian meats, pepperoncini/cucumber/tomato, blk/green olives, Gorgonzola/feta/provolone cheeses. The best salty, acidic, cheesy, combination of flavors this kind of salad can have. Spagetti Metaballs, Quattro al Forno, Penne San Remo for dinner. Meatballs sizable (but if serving 3 they could be more generous w/ spaghetti sauce). Same w/ Quattro, which should be named Tre al Forno cause have yet to order where they're not out of one or more of the pastas- it needed more sauce also as areas of pasta was dry crusty. Minor gripes as all 3 dishes had good flavor, generous portions, nice presentation. Bucca is seriously over-priced, especially for pasta, but if you dine-in, use a coupon, order a variety of dishes (as we did) you will have a splurge of a meal plenty of leftovers for a couple of days. For a chain, well done!"

"I did not get to dine at my reservation time. Servers walked out and they could not seat me so we went elsewhere. This is because we had my 85 year old grandma in a wheelchair and could not sit and wait without a table. I am not leaving a negative review because they couldn’t help the circumstances, but they marked me as a no show which was not accurate."

"I know my wife wanted Italian, and had suggestions to try this place. Just about floored when our server told us that entrées are family style. Small feeds about 3 people, and large about 5. We ordered a four pasta sampler, fettuccine alfredo, chicken parmesan and garlic bread. They were so delicious, each about $20 or so each. There on the 26th, 1 day after my birthday and 1 day prior to my oldest son's birthday, we were treated to two massive birthday sundaes. Each is $18.99, but free for our birthdays! Each one is served in a massive martini glass and feeds 4-6 persons. Needless to say, we took 7 to-go containers, two with brownies, ice cream and about 4 cans of whipped cream home. I wish there was one closer to home, but will travel an hour or so, it's just that good!"

"My friend and I came here to an early dinner and Gordon was our server. He was brilliant, very attentive and informative to have a pleasure as a server. We didn't have to ask for something he was there to ask if there's anything else he could do for us. I would like to come back and let him also be our server! "Dining at the Pope's table is always enjoyable, and the service is consistently good, but unfortunately, the food is only average. The cheesy bread had an unusual taste that none of us liked. We were all hungry and eagerly dug into the cheesy bread, only to quickly exchange glances of disappointment. It was inedible. The chicken parmesan was also underwhelming. For three ladies ordering two main dishes, a side, and a bottle of wine, we ended up spending nearly $200, including tip. This place used to be a favorite, but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend it going forward."

"We have always enjoyed coming here for our annual Christmas Eve dinner. It has always been a tradition in our family. However, the quality of the food has really taken a turn downwards the past few years. Last night was by far pretty poor quality in the food. The chicken marsala is not what it once used to be. Very very thin pieces of chicken But the service was great. Our waiter was fabulous. No complaints there. We were in the back left corner, dining room and it was so hot in there. There was no airflow. It must’ve been 90°. We had to hurry and heat just to be able to get out of that back room to be able to get some air. The kitchen was actually cooler and temperature than the main dining room. Not sure we will be back next year."

"While it wasn't gourmet cuisine, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and would rate it a solid 5. The waitress was attentive and efficient. We started with three appetizers: the baked and roasted mozzarella was okay, the calamari could have used a bit more salt and flavor, and the garnel was nicely seasoned, though a little less salt would have made it perfect. The chopped antipasto salad was a refreshing complement to the fried items, and I really enjoyed it. When the pizza arrived, it had a thin crust, but unfortunately, it wasn't crispy, causing it to droop when lifted. The flavor was good, though slightly too salty for my taste. Overall, it was a much-needed enjoyable evening out."

"I love this place. But i called ahead to see if there was a wait time, hostess said mins. I said okay can you add me to the list ? She said they don’t do call aheads. I said okay, can I make a reservation for She said no we don’t do call aheads. I told her it wasn’t a call ahead for the waitlist , I want to make a reservation to hold my spot. She said she can’t do that. So I go on opentable and was able to make a reservation at I work in hospitality and with opentable resy. She needs training in customer service"

"We spent almost $300 the other day and I was SO disappointed and pretty upset. We needed dinner fast and triedBucas for the first time in a long time. It was TERRIBLE. How food can be that tasteless is beyond me. The Italian Broccoli Romano was BLAND...how w Romano cheese on it idk but the tray was full of water at the bottom and it was barely edible. Like it was blanched and thrown in the tray spri with Romano. The Shrimp Fra Diavolo was disgusting. The shrimp were boiled and again tasteless. Its like salt was banned or something. There was absolutely NO seasoning at all. The entire dish tasted like boiled plain pasta w some kind of watery pink juice thstwas supposed to be sauce apparently. The Spaghetti with Meatballs had barely any sauce. At close to $40 for an entree id expect more then boiled pasta and two meatballs and naked pasta. Again, this tray too was filled about a quarter deep but not with marinara....it was water. Like the pasta wasnt drained completely. We ordered cheesygarlic bread and that too was almost inedible. The cheese actually tasted off almostor we were given sone old stale bread. It was very hard and again, no flavor, it just tasted old. Oh Iforgot the Fettuccine Alfredo. That was basically a tray of pasta swimming in its water w sprinkles of parmes cheese. My son is autistic and LOVES fettuccini. Sadly he wouldnt eat it. So another tray of food gone to waste. This was our monthly big treat and since it was also his late birthday celebration I thought we would splurge and get him his favorite food. I ended up having to cook anyway smh If it was possible to give zero stars I would. How they are in business is beyond me. Save your money because as unpalatable as chef boy rdee is it actually is a step up from this place. Worst Italian restaurant ever imo"

"First time visiting this establishment and you couldn’t pay me to go back. I honestly can’t say a single good thing about this place. Arrived 5 minutes before scheduled reservation and wasn’t seated until 15 minutes after reserved time even though the restaurant was not busy. The host did not greet us and after we told her we had a reservation she just said “ok” and continued doing whatever she was doing. After 10 minutes of waiting we asked her how long it would be and she said they’re cleaning your table now, which was a lie because there was 6 of us and the way the restaurant is designed we could see clear into the dining room and we were looking right at the only table big enough to accommodate us and it was already clean. The waiter took our food and drink orders and never came back to the table. He never even looked in our direction each time he walked passed the table. He never brought us plates so when someone else brought the food we had to wait for someone to bring plates. One of the dishes was never rang in and we had to flag someone down to let them know we were missing food. Meanwhile, the food was getting cold because we had no plates, which some were dirty when we finally got them. We had to flag down someone for drink refills. The missing dish, which was for a little girl who was in tears because she never got food, finally came as we were paying the tab. The bartender took our complaint and comped the item, which should have been a no brainer but he never got the manager involve. That should have been the first step seeing how displeased we were. As we were leaving we saw the manager standing around at the host station. After expressing our complaints to him, rather than to manage the situation he proceeded to make every excuse as to why we received terrible service. I wish I could say the food was worth it but it was far from it. The food was just as unpleasant as the service so most of it was left uneaten. Awful. Just awful. Never going back."

"Good food, family style servings that are fairly tasty. It cost $120 for a group of four of us to eat. We did have some leftovers, but we didn’t order drinks so that was all food cost. Our server was great, it is a fun place to eat the decor is pretty entertaining but the juice may not be worth the squeeze value wise. Worth noting, no bread brought out to table to snack on while you decide what to order. We will go back at some point, but it won’t be on our “usual” places to eat list."

"Second time coming here. Was blown away the first time by the great food. This time was WAY different. The food was fine. It seemed like it was less quality this time. The prices were OUTRAGEOUS! I like eating at nice places (and hole in the walls) and I am willing to pay for great food but this is just not up to par. 24 for a bruschetta appetizer. Yes, it was big and extravagant looking but absolutely not worth that price. 37 for 3 thin chicken breasts with capers, prosciutto, and butter sauce! The chicken carbonara was decent, but it had maybe half of a chicken breast on it. The atmosphere is fun and there were 3 birthday celebrations while we were there. Honestly, I won't be back solely because the prices went up and the quality went down. Olive Garden would have been a better choice."

"Not sure why, but they seated us near the bar which is a separate room than the main dining area. We were there plenty early with a reservation, so why we were seated near the bar is unknown. The bar area was really loud and made it tough to hear conversation at our table. The food was fantastic. The portions are huge. You will be taking some home. Price isn’t cheap, but considering the portion sizes, it’s a little more reasonable. Service was fair. Ran out of water and wasn’t easy to get the waiter’s attention since we were seated in an area that was loud and near the bar."

"This place is getting very old and it shows everywhere for the facilities, to the menu, to the service, to the prices. This was a very overpriced dining experience. Drinks each, entrees near each, only choice of a side of spaghetti with the chicken parmigiana was a small order. "I finally visited Buca di Beppo and discovered that the high menu prices are meant to be shared by a group of 3 or 6. It was unclear why they chose to present the menu in this way. The restaurant itself was lovely, the service was excellent, but the food could have been better. The chicken parmigiana lacked salt, had a slightly burnt crust, and contained some nerves. However, the option to choose a side dish was a nice touch. I opted for Alfredo noodles instead of spaghetti with marinara. The tiramisu dessert was large and delicious, with a kid-friendly version that potentially contained no alcohol. Overall, Buca di Beppo is a nice place to dine with reasonable prices, a pleasant atmosphere, and great service."
