"This place was horrible!! We should have walked out from the first minute we talked to Stephanie who was rude from the start. She asked can I help you and I replied table for 4. Her reply was you need to go stand behind those people in the snarkiest rudest manner possible and just points a finger to the door. Apparently, not knowing the other party told us to go ahead of them. Stephanie, waited on our table and I 'm guessing after realizing her mistake says that she thought we were cutting in front of them. The open faced turkey and biscuit had absolutely NO taste at all and very little turkey. They served an alleged quarter lb. burger that was smaller than any quarter lb. burger that I 've had and didn 't have the bacon on it as ordered. My wife ordered the Walleye fish dinner and they tried to pass off Perch. The perch was fishy tasting which suggests it was not fresh. When I mention it to Stephanie she did not look happy copped an attitude but took it off the bill. She never offered to bring the correct dish or anything else. She told us that we would be charged for the fries! My wife did not eat many because they were served cold. She never got a plate of food after traveling all day. We get the bill and we were charged for a salad that we never ordered or received. She tells us that the cole slaw was a salad. HOW REDICULOUS!. She takes that off the bill. We get the bill and she charges SOMEONE ELSES bill to our card. I would NEVER eat in New Harvest restaurant again. Terrible service, bland food, questionable fish, small servings and a waitress with no clue what customer service entails."

"This was the most disgusting chicken finger sub I 've ever had. The main problem was the overwhelming amount of mayo on it. The second picture shows the amount I scooped off with a spoon while trying to eat it. The roll was soaked and mushy, and the sub was falling apart as globs of mayo fell out of it. The first picture shows the second half that I just couldn 't eat, both sides of the roll loaded with mayo. I called to explain and talked to a manager named Joe. When I was done describing the problem, all he said was, Okay. I asked if that was it and Joe proceeded to tell me that he was upset that I trash-talked his employee for making the sub poorly and that she was new, only on the job 2 days, and she doesn 't know how to make subs yet. Why the is she making subs then, Joe? Who the is training these people? How does anyone, this girl included, not know how much mayo is a reasonable amount of mayo? It was like a sub made by a person who never ate a sub or sandwich before in their life and thought, Ah, this looks like a good amount of mayo, as they scooped it on over and over. Joe told me he had a bad day today and this was just making it worse and he didn 't even offer a refund until I asked for one. He was crazy standoffish and never sincerely apologized for the bad experience. I figure, he 's probably got a crush on the new girl and even though she makes subs worse than a chimpanzee could, he 's still going to try to use his manager flex to hook up with her. The dude was so butt-hurt on the phone call, something has to be up between him and her. He took it very personal. So, the food was terrible, and the manager response, even worse. If you like the food here, make sure this girl doesn 't make your sub. If you have a complaint, be careful how you express it to Joe, he 's very sensitive. If you 're thinking about trying John 's, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You 're probably going to get food made by ignorant people who don 't know how to make good food or handle complaints."

"The owner/ hostess was so warm that we thought place will live up to it's reviews. All the servers in the restaurant were to put mildly rude, to be accurate were racist I wish they were not. I spoke to a few while asking for things around the salad bar. Our server Sheryl was a class apart in rudeness. She was almost yelling at times and I thought I was the only one who was seeing it. But my family confirmed the same that she was being very unnecessarily rude. The owner/ hostess has employed these people. She must know their behavior. I would like to talk about the food too. It was under seasoned. Or over seasoned. My sons spaghetti and sauce was bitter, it had too much oregano. I ordered the fried fish and when I asked for more lemons I felt they probably were on the floor before they were served as they were dirty. I lost all appetite after that. My side of Alfredo pasto had curdled sauce. My other child's broiled fish was the only thing that we all as a family thought was good on menu. My husband's Florentine looked good but did not taste as well. Over all I would give it a miss if you can keep your hunger on back bench for fee miles. The deserts looked great but by the time we could come to desert. I just wanted us all to be out of the negative energy that people in that place spewed on us.
