"Horrible food. I told the service that the aguacado was black , and instead of changing it. He told me,. All the aguacado salads are the same when they get air they turn. Instead of apologizing and change it or at least say they should add some lemon orlime. To maintain color. The cilantro rice horrible flavor, shower in oil. Not virgin oil I am a chef i know my flavors .do not order this.and the chicken dry. Burn some part. Hurrible food. French fry's are really good flavor, and texture good.Baked potato dry no sauce no butter no cream. La chica. Cocktail ???? was beyond amazing whaooo. That i recommend is amazing .Need it a little more liquor just a touch but amazing flavor."

"Terrible!!! Usually this place was great. Unfortunately, it's on the hill. My family and I were sitting waiting for almost 10 minutes, but no one came by to take our drinks order. Although at least 6 servers pass, not one stops to order our beverage order, appetizer order, nothing. If this is the service they offer, we will not be back. Our money will be spent where we are being received."

"I order lunch from this restaurant and when I got the food it wasn't what I had ordered. They gave me lower costing food items that were not even the same price. I will never order from them again. Horrible business owner. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they didn't have what I ordered and ask me if I wanted to cancel the order or pick another food items. Millie P."

"I'm so thrilled to have discovered this restaurant! Tucked away in the heart of Hoboken, it's truly a hidden gem. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming. The food is simply fantastic! My top pick is the grilled skirt steak with shrimp, paired with a delicious mango smoothie. On my first visit, I enjoyed this dish alongside maduros, rice, and beans. They offer an incredible garlic sauce that complements the meal perfectly; I recommend asking for it on the side, and be sure to squeeze some lime over the steak and drizzle the garlic sauce on top. On my second visit, my sister tried the chicken with shrimp and garlic sauce, which was just as good. The tres leches dessert was fantastic too. You absolutely have to try this place!"

"Terrible food so bad , we order the combo for my son’s graduation. Combo of churrasco with shrimp it had no sauce, the waiter had poor service yucca frita dried as a napkin no sauce on the side. Natural juice no ice, no ketchup on the table with fries , didn’t how we wanted the steak and it felt like it was there for 2 or 3 days.Kid-friendliness: Quesadillas so bad terrible it had onion and cheese on the side. Instead of sour cream they gave ranch dressing ?"

"We really like El Rancho here in Snowflake. The green chili cheese crisp has been a family favorite since I was a kid and my wife and I try to stop in at least once a month to share one together. The Hot sauce and chips are unlike most Mexican restaurants but in a good way! The recipes haven 't changed in nearly 50 years and we believe that 's what has made El Rancho a success. That being said, I wish I could give a 5-star rating, but I can 't because the entire restaurant needs an uplift. 50 years of the same might be good for a recipe but not for a building! El Rancho is time for a makeover. Get a real front entry with a door we can bring our wheelchair bound friends in with us! Tables, chairs booths need real help! I know, If it ain 't broke... but it 'll pay off if you reinvest in your restaurant!"

"The food is too pricey, they serve you only a half of cup of beans and white rice. Usually authentic restaurants serve you more beans then that especially if it's for two people. Their bathrooms have water saving old system which sadly they need to change asap. It gets clogged to easy and to me that's a big don't go back. They only get 2 stars because they do have a bar and the place is bit centric for a stop and go but I would not recommend it for a picky, clean eater like myself.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but don't go past 4:00pm too crowded."

"I've read other reviews and decided to give it a try, and I can confirm that they were spot on. The food was fantastic, the customer service was excellent, and the drinks were tasty and satisfying. The interior was beautifully decorated for Halloween and fall. However, there were a couple of things I didn't like: my waitress kept trying to upsell, suggesting an extra shot in my drink, for instance. I'm happy to spend money without being encouraged to do so. Additionally, the restaurant was quite cold, and I had to keep my sweater and coat on during my meal. Overall, I do..."

"I ordered online from the restaurant listed below, but they claimed they never got my order and insisted I pay in cash to receive my food. So, I went ahead and did that. They advised me to contact MenuStar for a refund. The food was excellent, but I have to warn you that their online ordering system—except for Uber or GrubHub—doesn't function properly, and they weren't able to help me with the issue. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for my dinner twice, but I will make sure to get a refund for one of the payments."

"Chino Latino cuisine is still thriving in NYC, and I couldn't resist trying it. The braised sole was incredibly moist; my fork hardly needed to make an effort as it effortlessly cut through the fish. The buttery sauce complemented the rice beautifully, and the side salad served as a refreshing palate cleanser. To enhance the dish, there were crispy fried bits on top that added delightful texture. I can't wait to try the steak on my next visit!"

"I visited around 2:30 PM and inquired if the buffet would have fresh food. I was assured it would. However, once I sat down, I noticed the food was cold. I informed the waiter, who was chatting with the only other occupied table in the restaurant. He checked the buffet and told me, "No ma'am, it's hot." I went back to verify for myself, only to find the rice hard, the fish lukewarm, and the chicken cold and tough. I only managed to eat one plate. I also tried a small portion of another dish, but it was extremely lukewarm to cold as well. I brought this to the waiter’s attention, and also asked to speak with a manager to express my dissatisfaction and concern. Unfortunately, no one has returned my call. For a $14 meal and a $4 tip for poor service, I learned a valuable lesson: I won't be coming back."

"Food is consistent and good. You need to call in your order as most orders take 30-40 minutes. I tried ordering online on their website, however when I arrived at the time I requested, my food was not ready. I ordered an hour and fifteen minutes before I wanted to pick up, but their computer system did not send them my order for an hour. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. Please call in your order, it is much easier They have a small parking lot as it is shared with a hotel. When you arrive the pick up desk is right in front. Currently masks are required. Pupusas are very good and they give you enough curtido and salsa for your order. If you order plates, you can choose from a variery of side dishes. The yucca frita is delicious as well as the plantains. Beans are delicious, casamiento is a little dry but has good flavor. Costillas are excellent, in a nice red sauce with just a little heat. I love the papas guisado as I don't eat meat. Comes in a red sauce with onions, peppers, potatoes, green beans and carrots. Always a great meal."

"I visited this restaurant hoping to try their food, but unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and reluctant to serve. No one asked if I wanted to place an order, and I kept receiving strange looks. However, as soon as three Spanish customers walked in, the workers immediately greeted them and asked for their orders, as if I wasn't there first. This wasn't a one-time occurrence, and honestly, I won’t stand for that, especially when there are plenty of other better Spanish restaurants in the area. I've seen multiple reviews claiming the staff has biases against Black customers, and based on my experience, I believe them!"

"The service was not speedy, but after stopping by a pizzeria that lacked vegan options, we were relieved to find a restaurant with three delicious vegan empanadas available. We ordered one of each and thoroughly enjoyed them."

"We went to eat there for the first time and the service was great! BUT the food was not! It does not taste like authentic El Salvadorian food. We were disappointed to say the least. We ordered Carne Guisada, but it wasn’t guisada, it was just grilled slices of meat with sauce over it and vegetables. That’s not carne guisada. We also order Carne en Bistec. The meat tasted very old, was not fresh! The taste of both dishes were horrible ?This restaurant should not represent El Salvadorian food."

"I had a wonderful experience at Los Tios Grill in Arlington. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. But what really stood out to me was the fantastic service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently. They also gave us some great recommendations on what to order and what to avoid. I felt like they really cared about us and our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Tex-Mex-Salvadorean restaurant in the DC area. Los Tios Grill is a gem!"

"My mom loves this place and anytime she's in town, she wants to go there to eat. Service is always hit or miss. This time it was a miss. Food and drinks came out just fine but when it came time for our bill that I asked for, it took asking 3 more people and 20 minutes just to get it. Back to the food; the queso was super watery and didn't even resemble what queso should look or even taste like. We didn't touch it after our first bite. The fajita taco salad was good but the enchiladas were dry. It was kinda disappointing because we really used to love this place. Maybe they were just having one of those off days. I'm sure we'll be back because this is my mom's favorite place but I can definitely think of much better mexican food to consume elsewhere in Houston. I'm genuinely disappointed."
