"I walked in and checked out the menu. The woman at the counter was friendly while I placed my order for chicken wings and French fries. When my food arrived, she was polite and laid-back. The wings and fries were delicious and not greasy at all. The service was outstanding. They also offer seafood, which appears to be reasonably priced compared to other seafood restaurants. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. My first experience was quite good!"

"My fiancé and I ordered from there recently. He ordered Vegetable Lo Mein which was flavorless heavily salted.Their menu claims that they offer Hunan, Szechuan Cantonese cuisine. They also advertise on their menu that they are MSG free. Very important!I ordered the Moo Shu chicken which was odd because the accompanying pancakes came with with Hoisin sauce as opposed to the standard Plum sauce. The Hoisin had a strong salty taste to cover up what can only be described as lifeless Chinese cabbage with no vegetables. When I arrived home I arrived with a Migraine Headache realized that their overly salty Hoisin sauce was laced through through with Migraine inducing MSG. I was ill with a horrendous Migraine for over 36 hours this also caused me to be sick to my stomach.This Chinese takeout restaurant has printed on their menus that they don't use MSG they'd probably say that their Hoisin Sauce was purchased commercially. However, if they're going to state that they don't use MSG, their Chef should be cooking Plum sauce for any Moo Shu dishes as well as Hoisin for any ribs or other dishes for which it might be called. I recommend avoiding this Chinese takeout until the chef learns to cook sauces dishes properly or is replaced."

"This place is always slow, but today they were horrible. They've got like 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and it took 30 minutes to get our order (wrong); it was missing two of the 5 items. Ordered at 1:40, got our order at 2:12, and got what was missing at 2:20. Either everyone on day shift needs to be let go or they need to step up their game.Edit: Customer service gave me a $10 coupon, which I will definitely not be using at this location. Go somewhere else, whether it's a different location or different restaurant."

"I decided to try this restaurant because they were one of the few places nearby that offered Honey Walnut Shrimp on their menu. I placed my order online through their website and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food arrived on a Friday night! From the first bite, I knew that this was some of the best Asian food I had ever tasted and definitely one of the top 5 meals I have ever had. The honey glaze, fried shrimp, walnuts, and vegetable fried rice all combined to create a delicious explosion of flavors. I absolutely loved the Honey Walnut Shrimp and will definitely be returning. While it was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny to me."

"The only reason I come here now is for the scallion pancakes, which are both delicious and affordable. They're also hard to find on the island, coming from a unique background. The rest of the food is just okay; it doesn't strike me as authentic, and the sauces taste like they came out of a pre-packaged container rather than being made from scratch. I really love the ambiance—it's quite different from typical Chinese takeout spots. They also offer a lot of Thai dishes, but those taste pretty generic to me, and I’m a big fan of Thai cuisine. The place has a hip, modern vibe and is very clean inside."

"I have found a new favorite restaurant! I haven't had much luck finding good Chinese restaurants that deliver in my area. The one I usually order from is okay, but there is always at least an hour wait. Today, my food from Lucky Fortune arrived in just 13 minutes! I have never experienced such fast delivery before. The food is hot and delicious, and I have ordered from here three times in the last week and a half. It reminds me of the Chinese food I used to enjoy as a kid in Brooklyn. "This restaurant should be reported to the department of health. I made the mistake of ordering fried chicken, and spare ribs, and shrimp with lobster sauce, and spare ribs , not cut up. As they were preparing the chicken, a piece fell on the floor, the cook didn’t see it fall, and stepped back on the chicken. I saw this man pick up the piece of chicken and put the chicken back in the drier with the other chicken . I asked him why did he do that and he then spoke in a thick Chinese accent that he put the chicken in the garbage. The cooks did not have cooking gloves on and the other orders were messed up also."

"My 3rd time to order take-out during lunchtime. For around $6 you get a full-size entree, an egg roll, a fortune cookie, and a canned soda! But the kicker is this--the food is made FRESH. It 's not pre-made! I order kung pao chicken, and ask them to leave out the celery--their reply was 'no problem, we make everything to order '. : The chicken in that dish is yummy thin-sliced white meat (not that weird mystery-meat that sometimes surprises you in Chinese food . I 'll be honest, the interior of the restaurant is not appealing to me..lots of 'junk ' around, they sell jewelry on their countertop and there 's always newspapers and magazines scattered about the tables, the place often smells not-so-fresh. BUT I 'll eat take-out time and time again, and I would recommend it. :"

"The food was truly terrible. I was advised to try it because it used to be good years ago. I ordered the sesame chicken combination platter, and the sauce on the chicken was overly thick, sticky, and lumpy. The chicken itself was very mushy. As for the egg roll, I have no idea what was inside it, but it certainly wasn’t like any egg roll I’ve ever had—its filling was a strange greyish-tan mush. I definitely won’t be returning. To make matters worse, they also forgot to include my drink in the bag. If I could give it a rating of 0 out of 5, I would definitely do so."

"WOWW. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I should have checked the reviews because I still ate my disgusting more like weird smelling food and I WAS SICK ALL DAY from 8 am to 930pm throwing up around 8 times, probably had a fever and was sweating profusely. I only now feel better. They wouldn't refund me my money before tax and delivery which was 17 bucks, and I bet not even they eat their food there. I will be calling the FDA or whoever I should call to get this place graded and shut down! I can't wait for these people to get shut down! "My favorite dish at this restaurant was the General Tso's Chicken. It had a crispy exterior, tender interior, and just the right amount of sauce. The Chicken Lo Mein was also good, although a bit dry, which I actually prefer over being too greasy. The Vegetable Spring Roll was exceptional, with perfectly cooked veggies that were well seasoned and delicious. However, the Shrimp Fried Rice was my least favorite due to bland and soggy rice, despite the shrimp being cooked perfectly and flavorful."

"Ordered regular coke- never served Fried eggplant was good. Shrimp and fish was ok. Small pieces of fish. When made the reservation told its a birthday dinner for a friend. Server brought the check without asking if we want a dessert or not. When told it's a birthday another server brought a scoop of ice cream in a bowl... and just put it on the table and quickly left. Informed again to our server that's it's a birthday and why she didn't give us the choice of desserts. She said no other is available except the ice cream...."

"I always come here and get their bento meal. You get a ton of food for $10 along with your main entree you get at least a small side salad and 4 other small side dishes plus soup and a can of soda. So I can get two days worth of lunches out of this meal! I order online so that I don't have to deal with the lunch rush. The food is not bad for what it is. This is food court food so don't expect fancy stuff. So far I like the sweet and spicy chicken, the veggie katsu is alright, and the chicken teriyaki is not the best. The staff is always friendly and courteous."

"One of the best places to eat in Houston!!! I've been coming here since 2008 and the food and the service has been overwhelmingly consistent. The staff is friendly and courteous and they stay busy. The lady upfront is genuine and sweet she actually remembers all her customers and her tip jar is always full. The food is steaming hot and absolutely delicious (see photos .
