"This place is always slow, but today they were horrible. They've got like 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and it took 30 minutes to get our order (wrong); it was missing two of the 5 items. Ordered at 1:40, got our order at 2:12, and got what was missing at 2:20. Either everyone on day shift needs to be let go or they need to step up their game.Edit: Customer service gave me a $10 coupon, which I will definitely not be using at this location. Go somewhere else, whether it's a different location or different restaurant."

The food quality has really declined, and it seems like no one takes pride in their work anymore. When did they start charging extra for cheese on a burger? I thought a cheeseburger automatically came with cheese!

Best Chinese food in Phoenixville! The prices are great for the special selections that offer a delightful taste experience! I love their Sweet and Sour Soup, Boneless Ribs, and Singapore Mai Fun – they are absolutely out of this world! This place is a must-try!

We visited the store tonight a lil before 11. The young man that worked the window was so delightful. I work customer service so I get it, when you come close to closing its Russian roulette with the food and service you receive. This young guy was excellent he was a younger guy with glasses and braids/twist in his hair. The roll was a lil hard but that’s understandable a hour before closing. But the fries and the nuggets was hot. View menu

This BK is the worst in the area. 1st we had to wait for nearly 5 min just for our order to be taken. Then they got our breakfast order wrong, charged us an incorrect price, and for sure acted like I was not going to get a partial refund back. Too many young kids and others who just don't care. We will absolutely NEVER visit this location again. Anyone giving this place 5 stars is delusional and was just really hungry at that moment. Absolute dumpster fire of a place, and I hope they replace it with something better!

This is the best Burger King I've visited in a long time. The staff was outstanding. They were having fun together, and it didn’t detract from their customer service—in fact, I believe it enhanced it. I can't praise the team at this location enough. The Whopper I ordered was the best one I’ve had in over 20 years; it took me back to the Whoppers I enjoyed 40 years ago when I first started eating them. The restaurant was very clean, and all the customers appeared to be enjoying their meals. I highly recommend this location.
