"I love the steak tacos I had! My fiance had some tamales, very good. She let me try them too! My weekness was the chips and salsa they served. I mean, I ate like half a bowl of chips and enjoyed the salsa so much (I didnt drink it) but they need to make a V8 flavor like that!! My son tried the macaroni and fries and liked that also. Now one thing they beed to work on is the distribution of tequila in there margaritas... My friend, I never drink and I didnt get a buzz off one of there margaritas what so ever! Fix that! Great Mexican food. Good mixed casual folks just enjoying mexican food! Will change my rating to 5 stars when I get invited by the owner to try out their improved margaritas! It was 2 for 1 by the way!"

"Green Chile is an amazing spot to enjoy New Mexico-style cuisine. The chili and sopapillas are absolute must-haves. It's nestled in a small shopping area, so it can be easy to overlook if you’re not paying attention. The staff is fantastic and happy to answer any questions about the menu. The first time I visited, I had the stacked enchiladas topped with pork green chili and a fried egg—it was so good I could eat it every time, but I also want to explore other dishes. Others in my group tried the stuffed sopapilla, which looked delicious. This time, I ordered the southwestern-style frogs and, of course, I had to have a round of sopapillas. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and letting your taste buds make the decision!"

"La Casita has a special place in my heart because I 've been going there since it first opened. Definitely sentimental and admit my bias from this fact. I know it 's far from great or very authentic Mexican food, but I still go at least once every time I come back home for the holidays. Love the hot salsa. Service is almost always great. It is quick (probably too quick . Ambience is fine, nothing special since it 's in a strip mall. Cost is pretty cheap. I think the special plate is a common favorite. The white queso smothered Sancho is a solid choice. All and all it 's average, at best, Mexican food. 1 star is too low unless you 're a big foodie and Mexican afficiando, and 5 stars is definitely too high so those are either really biased or just need to try more Mexican food in bigger cities. Having lived off SW Blvd in KC, I know good Mexican and La Casita is sadly subpar as much as it hurts to admit. It 's really 2 stars but gave it an additional star for good service and just for old times sake."

At the beginning I would have to say that the chips and salsa was addicted, I ordered the Flautas San Clemente, which is flautas with Shrimp and Crab and it was Delicious I really enjoyed the special salsa they gave me with the flautas that they were very well complimented!! 10/10"

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"This is a must for my family whenever we have guests! Everything about this place is wonderful for natives and tourists alike. Their margaritas are very good, and they have several varieties so even the pickiest drinker will find something they like, from the sweeter, bright-purple prickly pear margarita to their sugar-rimmed options, a spicy cucumber-jalapeño margarita, and several options for a classic… especially their “famous” Clasico! Kids and adults all love checking out the piranhas and parrots while waiting to be seated…sometimes you wish you were waiting longer! (Sugar, the cockatiel (cockatoo? IDK, a white bird , has her own Facebook profile on which she is listed as an employee of La Posta, working as a singer and cage dancer. There is a lovely shop inside selling authentic, locally made jewelry and other items that are great souvenirs or mementos to take back to wherever you’re from. We’ve never had bad service here, but we have lots of great memories here! The wait staff goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Bring a huge appetite!"

"We visited Sadie's yesterday and were deeply disappointed with the food. We ordered the chile rellenos, chicken enchiladas, and the carne adovada combination plate, and everything tasted so similar that it was hard to distinguish one dish from another. The flavors were bland, and there was certainly no spice to be found. What has happened to Sadie's? We won't be returning; it was truly disappointing. We used to live in Albuquerque and fondly remember the original restaurant above the bowling alley, as well as their move to the new location. Such a shame."

"Went here for dinner to try a new restaurant. First off when ordering I ordered flautas and the waiter said it was going to be 8 dollars per flauta. So I said I was confused and the waiter came back and said he got confused with something else. When my boyfriend ordered his food he was told his order came with rice and I ordered a side order of rice and we only got one rice and got charged for two. Then we were told his order didn't come with rice. But this isn't the worst part. We ordered guacamole and we found a bug in our chips. When I told the waitress she took the chips away but did not apologize at all. When I asked at the end of our meal if we could get the guacamole charge taken off since we found a bug they said they would take two dollars off. TWO dollars for a bug being found. This place is a joke."

"eating was plentiful and very good. we were happy, we just ordered the size of the meal. some negative: this is a somewhat expensive restaurant. my short ripening on Polnta special was $38 while her bone in black was $32. we wanted to be moved from our first table because the area was cold. our server was not dressed in a wise way that we thought for holy evening, she wore a teen shirt and jeans. the restaurant was from the only American chardonnay they had on the bottle, a sonoma cutrer. we have replaced a very beautiful gruner veltliner from Austria, which is available from the glass (they sold us the bottle for the same price as the sunoma cutrer, a more stylish move.) all in all, a pleasant, if something expensive holy evening."

"This restaurant is a must-visit! I have been here three times already and I love the cafe atmosphere with a delicious variety of Mexican dishes. The service is great and they greet you right away.
