"We have been here many times , great food and nice atmosphere, except for last night. My daughter made reservations , I arrived first and was unaware of this. The girl checking in turned me away, no tables. Ok I called my daughter she said she made reservations that morning. So, I went back in and informed the check in girl, she said she gave our table away because we were 10 minutes late , and if your late you need to call. She was so unprofessional. My daughter was delayed because there was an accident on Keswick rd and she had to take a detour. We will never go back there . I work with the public and I never speak to a customer with a dismissive attitude."
