The manager Lorenzo was amazing, the ambiance was amazing, the food was amazing, and the customer service...........let me tell you.......everyone i came in contact with was absolutely charming. I love this place and I would definitely visit again.

Nice place and good service. The food was good but definitely on the pricier end we experienced some upselling. We got the feeling this is another corporate, profit focused restaurant, which there are many in the metro area. If you prefer a chef/food focused experience, there are a lot of other options. To make matters worse, they eventually relocated us to a table right at the entrance, where we were positioned in the walkway and subjected to constant foot traffic. The disruption was significant, and I was bumped into three times during our dinner, which was incredibly irritating. Unable to endure the situation any longer, I asked to speak with the manager. Finally, the manager made an effort to improve things by shifting another table nearby to create some distance from the entrance, which provided a slight relief. However, the overall experience left me dissatisfied, and I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.

Terrible experience from the moment we sat at our table, during restaurant week too when you would think service would be at least decent. The restaurant had maybe 5 tables total to be served so they were not busy. Took 45 minutes to receive more than water. When I complained to the manager, he barely acknowledged me, said ok, and walked away. Nothing changed after bringing it to his attention. The excuse was his English isn’t good. Following that it was all excuses: people called out today, the kitchen is running behind, yada yada. And nothing like putting an appetizer on the entree menu for restaurant week. Nothing worth checking out at this place.

This place has a stunning interior, so be sure to have your camera ready! I chose to dine outside, hoping the weather would stay pleasant, but it changed quickly. It wasn't until the last moment that I noticed the heaters and tables with a fireplace-like setup. I ordered the seafood ravioli, which was just okay. However, the grilled octopus was absolutely AMAZING—honestly the best I've ever had! It came with a delicious sauce and was perfectly grilled; that alone completely won me over. I'm not much of a drinker, but the drinks at the table next to me looked really tempting. I think this spot is ideal for a girls' night out or a romantic date night with your special someone. I would like to mention that one waitress (a young African American woman with glasses) was making an effort to seat us, but another young staff member was unhelpful when we asked about seating options. Eventually, we returned to the front to inquire if we could come back later (it wasn't even 5 PM yet) and were told, "No, we're booked all weekend.” When we left to retrieve our car from the valet, they expressed surprise at our experience, saying they had never encountered such a situation. This left me feeling that the young lady at the front simply didn’t want to assist us, especially since we were dressed appropriately. The restaurant looked appealing, and the photos were lovely. Here for restaurant week. You need to know about and request the menu. The house salad was delicious, the pistachios were such a nice touch. My knife was taken with the salad, and I begged for a replacement from both the server who brought the main and the server who took our order. Never came. Thank God I'm an American and learned how to sustain myself with just a fork. The lobster ravioli is excellent, but so rich, I felt a cardiac event in the offing and quit 2/3 of the way through. They were out of one of the 2 desserts available (we had a 6:15 seating). The beignets came with vanilla and strawberry sauces. Both tasted like artificial flavoring. Water was in short supply. I was attending a surprise birthday celebration. We arrived early and although they sat us at the table we had more than 30 mins before the party began so we went to the bar to order drinks while we waited. A manager came over while we were seated at a bar table and said we aren’t allowed to make a purchase at the bar. Although the bartender was already making our drinks. I dine out all the time and have a lot of large party events at this restaurant and have never heard anything like this before.
