"This place lets me down almost every time. They take forever to make a sandwich and are always late for the pickup time when I order through their app. They also fail to follow instructions. Today, I selected ?no pickle? in the app and even made a specialnote requesting no pickles again. They put 3 pickles in with my sandwich. This kind of thing happens over and over again. Myfriend and I recently ordered our sandwiches to go from here, and we waited at least 20 minutes to get them, which seems like areally long time to make a sandwich. When we finally got them, they had made my friend?s order wrong, so she asked for it to beremade. We waited 25 minutes for that to come out, and it didn?t. She went up to the counter to ask about it, and they hadforgot to even start it. 5-10 minutes later, we get the sandwich again. It?s still not made right, but we?d wasted an hour therefor a to go order, so we took it and left. The food quality is good but this staff consistently underperforms and it?s reallydisappointing."
