"This restaurant can be a bit unpredictable. They've had great takeout in the past, and I've enjoyed good meals here before. Unfortunately, last night was a different experience. The restaurant was crowded, but there was only one waitress managing the entire place. After we were seated, we were quickly given water and bread. However, we waited about 15 minutes before the waitress came to greet us. We asked for wine glasses, and while she brought them, she didn't open our bottle or offer us a corkscrew. We had to wait another 15 minutes to catch her attention again, and she seemed to brush off the delay as if it were no big deal. In total, we saw her maybe three times throughout the evening. I understand that busy nights happen, but having just one waitress for the whole restaurant really isn't ideal. Additionally, our food took a long time to arrive, and both of our carbonara pasta dishes were quite dry."
