"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."

"I ordered Linguine alla vongole. The clams were fine but the pasta was awful. It tasted as if they had left it standing somewhere for awhile. It was all stuck together, cold and tasted like cardboard. I have gone for dinner and that was fine but lunch was terrible. Service was slow and I will not return for awhile and no recommend lunch at Carmine’s"

"Not sure how this gem hadn't crossed my radar sooner. Exceptional service and excellent food. The wine list was also a standout in both variety and value. The lobster ravioli was faultless at first I was thrown off by what I thought was a strange pairing of flavors with the orange liqueur but it worked perfectly. Arancini and burrata were good, though some focaccia alongside it would have set the pair off. Tiramisu, also dang good. Looking forward to returning."

"I go to a restaurant for the food and the food at Mona Lisa was FANTASTIC. I want to go back now. The space is small and I expected it to be noisy for a group of people who are hard of hearing, but we found the noise level was low. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent and the quality of food. The service was strong. Not just one person took care of us. I felt the entire staff was looking out for us. I will return and bring many others to Mona Lisa. Compliments to all and especially the chef."

"Nello Restaurant is Delicious Cool. Nello Restaurant on Madison Avenue in NYC is located in the heart of the world's best shopping district. It is across from Hermes. The people watching from the sidewalk cafe is out of this world as is the views from inside the elegantly decorated decor. I had the lobater ravioli which as heaven. The lobster was so fresh and there was so much of it! My boyfriend had the sea bass (we love fish). For the appetizer we shared the chicken liver dish which was a meal in and of itself. We sipped on Bellini's and enjoyed the cool vibe of the restaurant. People were beautifully dressed and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The music was cool. The waiter was knowledgable and friendly. The drinks were heavy handed pours. We dined and lingered and laughed and let satisfied. The owner, Nello Balan, introduced himself and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. He was friendly and well spoken. We loved our meal. We would definately go back!"

"Shame on Open Table. We loved this restaurant, made a reservation for a birthday party and arrived to find the restaurant closed and liquidate the content. None of us. Luckily we contacted another restaurant that took the party and we moved this place, though a much later celebration this night. Someone should have called to let us know that the restaurant was no longer and Open Table should have known... I wonder how good you're staying in touch with your restaurants. Now contact me so I can evaluate this closed restaurant. Please bring your act together."

"I have been eating here for years, I really am sad to say that the drinks have gone downhill. We ordered 4 different types of drinks, they were all terrible (they used to be awesome). Not sure why the change in quality, but I was already apprehensive to come back because the service had gone downhill. Now, the service is good but the drinks have tanked. It’s probably going to be a while before I come back, which is sad, since this place is really conveniently located and within walking distance of my office."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"I came here today for my holiday lunch courtesy of my employers. I didn 't know beforehand that this place is a sister restaurant to Delmonico 's. This restaurant, just like Delmonico 's is absolutely elegant and very clean. The food and drinks were pretty good as well. Everything came out pretty quickly after we finally ordered. The clam appetizer were a bit small where one person can eat the whole plate. My main course of red snapper was really tasty and my cheesecake was"

"Linguini with clam sauce was good. It's funny how much you can tell about a place from this one dish: do they use canned chopped clams or fresh? If the clams are in the shell, is the sauce gritty? Did they drain the pasta enough when they scooped it out of the steam table? Is the sauce watery? Are they afraid of garlic? I liked the answers to all of these questions here. We got Irish coffees for dessert, and those were pretty to look at but not as good to drink. The whole deal with Irish coffee is that you sip the hot coffee through soft (and very cold) whipped cream. Here, the cream on top was whipped so stiff that it was hard to drink. You had to stir it in before you could really drink the coffee. The coffee was too strong, too--more like espresso than coffee, you'll get more of a buzz from that than the whiskey. It's a small place, and the tables are close together. It's also very busy. Service is good."

"The calamari was fresh and delicious. Our dinners were hot, and very flavorful…the pastas tasted so delicate and fresh. The espresso gelato was awesome We will definitely be back!! This was our first time to this restaurant, and will not be the last time! The wait staff was very accommodating."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."

"I stopped by Mona Lisa Bakery last week while I was in the Dyker Heights area. I noticed the facade of the bakery first, think very old school Italian. The inside is pretty much the same with the wall lined cases of baked goods. The woman behind the counter greeted me right away. I ordered a regular cannoli $3], it was delicious. The shell was fresh and crunchy. The cannoli cream was thick and sweet. Overall it was a good size, though I definitely could have gone to town on a bigger one. I didn't try any of of the other pastries or cookies. Despite other reviews, I think I would the next time in the area."

"We got two appetizers including the burrata and I can't remember the other one and my fiance got the chicken parmesan and I got the chicken piccata. The chicken piccata sauce was disappointing disappointing at best it tasted a little like dish detergent and the piece of chicken was pale and under seasoned almost boiled honestly laid within the pasta. Such a shame the desserts were fabulous"

"I am only giving this restaurant three stars, mostly for the ambiance. It was my first time trying it out, and I ordered the roasted beet salad and fettuccine truffle pasta. The prices were much higher than they should be, especially considering the small portion sizes. The truffle pasta was not enough for one person and cost $50. Despite looking larger in pictures, the dish left me hungry. While the pasta was cooked perfectly, I have had better truffle pasta elsewhere. The beet salad was lacking in flavor and didn't have enough apples or blueberries. When I asked for some arugula to be added, the waiter refused. I usually give restaurants a second chance before reviewing, but I will not be returning to this one. However, the pizzas looked appetizing, so you may have better luck with that option."

"I would leave 0 stars if I could. Be warned.. went out to dinner and was forced to valet park my car even when I told the man who spoke no English I did not feel comfortable and wanted to park my vehicle my self. None the less I gave him my key and allowed him to park my car since there was no other way around it. During my meal I went outside to smoke and I witnessed the same valet guy give someone the wrong car along with the keys for that car. After dinner I proceeded to go get my car as any normal person would do, and the valet guy told me he didn’t have my car key and proceeded to tell me I never gave it to him..which is impossible because you can’t drive the car without the key..we then proceeded to inform the owner Manny, of both incidents where he asked the valet guy and said valet guy denied both incidents ever happening. Manny informed me he would purchase a new key for me as it was his workers fault. He gave me the run around for weeks and told me that my key was out of stock and he wasn’t able to order it and if I wanted a new key I should take care of it. Proceed to order a new key which arrived NEXT DAY (key was never out of stock). I paid $600 out of my own pocket to get a new key, cut and program it to my car, Manny told me it was too expensive for a key and he was only covering the cost of the key 6 weeks after the fact they lost my key. Will never go here again and will never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service"

"We had a reservation and there were a few diners already eating. We were escorted to our table by our waiter which I am sorry I do not recall if he told us his name. He gave us menus and water arrived immediately. Then he took our drink order right away as well. Drinks arrived quickly while my guests and I were just catching up with each other. The waiter was back to take our order and I don't think any of us even looked at the menu yet. We asked for a few minutes more. The waiter was back in literally just a few minutes. We quickly made some decisions and gave our order but felt rushed and slightly annoyed at being rushed. Salads arrived again in just a few minutes and we enjoyed having a salad with an entree again. Many places don't do that anymore. Dinner was served just as our salads were removed. Again, just a little too quick. I have always been a huge fan of the flavors from this restaurant and that did not disappoint. I had the veal and eggplant with fresh mozzarella. Other than it not being hot, just warm, it was fantastic. The sauce, the thinness of the veal and nothing chewy. Nice job chef. All of us had veal in different ways and all were wonderful. The thing I did notice was my guest and I were having a hard time hearing each other. We literally had to raise our voice very loudly to even have a conversation...very off putting. My husband is blind and the noise level were overwhelming him. We barely had the last bite in our mouth when the waiter started clearing. We all had dessert and cappuccinos. The fruit tart flavorful but not sweet, which was good and the crust was terrific. Biscotti was fine, nothing to write home to mama about. Again the waiter had our bill on the table before we finished dessert. Overall, come for the food. try to ignore the waiter rushing you and forget busy Saturday nights if you are there to have conversations with good friends over a good meal and some vino."

"This place was just ok. Obviously with the location in Disney Springs I expected to pay a premium price for a meal, however I was not impressed. The menu is limited only about dinner options. With a small menu offering I would expect the food to be very good. It was not. No wow factor. Just ok"

"This place is a GEM. Hands-down was our favorite place when we lived in the area. It 's well worth the price. I feel as though not too many places can wow you with their dishes in this economy anymore especially with how much you can spend, but this place does. Just amazing flavor and experience. Best place for any special occasion "
