"Very very disappointed with service from the manager or owner. I been shopping there for the past 14 years. I pretty much get the same thing everyday. To make a long story short, something that cost $8, he said cost $12 three weeks ago and last week he said the same thing cost $10 and said with a loud mean spirit.. I spend about $1000 each year; about $14,000 the past 14 years. So I will boycott for now and spend my money elsewhere."

"Great local family owned and operated Venezuelan spot. They are always smiling and remember you by name when you arrive. The food was very fresh, neatly put together and quickly prepared. The traditional breakfast was not my usual style breakfast but me and the wife decided to give it a shot and try something different the carne was juicy and flavorful, cheese tasted super fresh, and beans had a nice sweet taste to them. My wife got a stuffed arepa style meal and she also loved it. Steak was also tasty and the mix of pico cheese and arepa all come together perfectly. One of these is a full meal. The orange sauce I have pictured there is amazing and I wanted to steal the container. It is spicy but a smooth flavor enhancing spice. Try It!! I was not able to include the empanada in the picture because I inhaled it it was so delicious. lol. I have the carne mechada empanada and unlike others I have tasted in the past with a heavy feel to the dough and cluttered stuffing this was lightly fried with a thin golden crust and just the right amount of meat."

"A delightful hole in the wall with super authentic Mexican fare that took me back to the streets of Oaxaca and CDMX! (I’ll admit, I’ve never been to Sinaloa). The birria was super juicy and tender, with a consome even better than Birria-Landia’s. Shrimp was very well seasoned too, and the fresh guac is to die for. The service and attention was superb and I got to practice my español with the host!"

"First of all, we got there around 4:00 p.m. the food look dry as hell. I think the best video or shot that they take is early in the morning when the food is completely done and fresh. You can tell no one's moved the food around for hours and then you had a waitress that insists on giving you the family portion when it was just me. so I stood there debating with her and kind of arguing back and forth letting her know that she is practically giving me a pound of rice I'm only one person and she just kept insisting on family value is cheaper. On top of all this against me just leaving, The entire food was not what I ordered. No beans, no maduros, crispy dry rice and very salty chicken. absolutely not worth it. Other customers were asking why did the food look dry and old..."

"I ordered breakfast online, specifically the tres golpe with mangu. I clearly requested scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs, but I never indicated that I only wanted eggs. When I received my order, I called the restaurant, and the woman I spoke to was quite rude. She insisted that because I had requested scrambled eggs, I didn’t want anything else. She made that assumption but still charged me the full price as if my order was complete. To make matters worse, the mangu was dry and flavorless. I'm very disappointed and definitely won’t be ordering from here again."

"This beautiful restaurant and bar has cool, fresh vibes the moment you step inside. It is located by the water in Long Island City with spectacular views of the NYC skyline. Immediately, my youngest sister and I knew this was the perfect place to have a Bridal Shower for our lovely sis! We took our mom here for her birthday celebration in October and also to try their dinner menu. The ambiance and the gorgeous floral decor made us feel special. The atmosphere was chill and the Latin fusion cuisine was delicious! Overall my sister, friends, and family had an amazing time. It was great to see her eyes filled with love and awe. The staff are very accomodating and the manager helped us plan the perfect Bridal Shower. My favorite part was when they brought out the dessert tray with candles to surprise my sis! Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food! I would definitely recommend this place for memorable celebrations!"

"This place is fantastic! My family and I traveled here from Long Island and called ahead to see if they had Hawaiian Chicken available. We used to order it a few years ago before the restaurant underwent renovations, and the person on the phone confirmed it was available. When we arrived about an hour later and went to place our order, the waiter initially informed us that it was no longer available. However, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The chef even made a completely new pineapple sauce from scratch just to ensure my family was satisfied. The chicken was incredible—truly the best Hawaiian Chicken I've ever had! Everything else we ordered was great too. I can’t wait to try their tostones on my next visit. Thank you!"

"Decor is nice. Menu seems authentic because there's more Spanish than English. The wait staff though don't seem to notice if you're there. Stood by the door for a while and no one sat us. The few questions that I asked (I.e. where's the bathroom) are met with blank expressions and no answers. No water refills during the entire meal. The sauce, tomatoes and onions on the bistec tastes good despite the extremely thin cut of meat. The flautas was nicely fried topped with a good crema, queso blanco and heap of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. The mole on the burrito poblano was too sweet and not very flavorful. The sides of sweet plantains are nicely cooked, caramelize and served with a side of condensed milk."

"Used to supply from here all the time, delicious food, great sauces, good prices. But I guess our place was too far (2 miles), so we stop getting from them. Edit: I wanted to expand it. "I ordered an arepa with queso blanco and it came empty, I called to notify them about this, and they didn?t believe me, they asked me if I was sure about that because the person that prepared it remembered very well the cheese in it. they offered a refund but I have to go there, lol. "When I go into a new place without Yelping, it usually means my phone is low and/or I'm hangry, which was the case for today's 4:30 pm breakfast, and it was a delightful confluence of events. "This place was one of a kind! Super good I tried a pepita it looks like a philly cheesesteak but taste nothing like it. It has your choice of meat, with chips shaped like fries this gives it a crunch, cheese melted, mayonnaise, ketchup, coleslaw (which can be substituted or removed), tomatoes which give it a fresh flavor. This is big to bite into and gets messy so I recommend having a lot of napkins and be aware that you will get your hands dirty. Overall definitely recommend, gives a good glimpse into Venezuelan culture."

"This is a true gem in the city of Norwalk! There aren't too many Argentinian places that do the food any Justice. But here they do an amazing job with their empanadas. They are made fresh every day and you can get deep fried or oven baked. They also have Choripan which is a staple street food in Argentina. They also have milanesa another thing they do great. And their steak sandwich that I ate was immaculate. The place is nice and neat inside and perfect for dine in. The owner and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. If you're not a carnivore like the rest of us normies then don't worry, they have a vegetarian empanada and other dishes."
