"I'm convinced that all these positive reviews are written by friends of the owners since they have so many restaurants. The service is terrible, the atmosphere feels run-down, and the food is generally inconsistent—mostly not good. If you're from Queens, you already know that this place isn't for anyone from the other boroughs. They used to be good years ago, but none of their restaurants are exceptional anymore. They have curb appeal and a strong presence on social media, but the group of owners seems to know a lot of influential people. They even have connections with the NYPD, who frequent their establishments—including me, haha—but it's just not worth it."

I stopped for lunch and I must say, it was really excellent! We ordered the bistec encebollado and the seared chicken. Both were great choices for lunch. The service was also very good and attentive.

So much to say but this feels like home. I often come on Wednesday nights and sit by the bar and get served by the bartender Bryan, he is the best. So attentive. He makes the best drinks. Thank you Bryan

I ordered the skirt steak churrasco, and it was excellent. The service was quick, and the drinks were impressive as well. I plan to return to try the pernil, but overall, the food is fantastic. The drink menu is quite appealing, especially if you enjoy mojitos and margaritas. View menu

Absolutely my favorite pernil anywhere. It's lean, but not too lean, and full of flavor. All the sides are excellent as well. The service is quitw friendly and very prompt. I did not feel rushed at all and was really able to enjoy my delicious meal. Thiswas my third or forth visit amd the experience has been the same each time.

This was my wife first time having Latin cuisine. (My wife is Korean so she never had a chance to try Latin food) Kayla was amazing! She recommended the popular Pallo a La Piancha which was really good and tasty! My wife and I, also had the Flan and frozen Sangria! I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy good music, and Latin cuisine.

This is by far my favorite place for pernil. It's perfectly balanced—lean without being too dry, and bursting with flavor. The sides are outstanding as well. The service is quite friendly and very prompt; I never felt rushed, allowing me to truly savor my delicious meal. The customer service was terrible, and the portion sizes were disappointing. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. I was sitting outside, and when I came in to use the restroom, the same hostess who initially refused to seat us because they needed to "reserve" for future customers immediately questioned me. The rice was the size of my palm, and the pernil was mostly bone and slimy. I would rate this experience a 2 out of 10. They really need to improve.

The service was a bit slow since there was only one waitress handling the entire restaurant (both inside and outside) on a busy Saturday night, and she seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, she maintained a great attitude and was very friendly. She even managed to present a birthday cake and sing "Happy Birthday" for the table next to ours in a cheerful and lively manner. Honestly, whatever they're paying her, it isn't enough. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning for more casual outings in the neighborhood. I just hope they consider hiring an additional staff member to assist during busy weekends.
