"The worst part of the meal was having to accept the fact that it was over. The service was courteous and friendly, the reclaimed wood from the original floor gave the tables a gorgeous look, but like any restaurant, the food was the most important part, and it did not disappoint. The place was pretty upscale with a price tag to match, but holy smokes, the quality of the food matched the price and then some. As one friend I went with said, this place has ruined food for me . I recommend having the filet mignon rare. If you find yourself in or even near Beaufort, do yourself the favour of visiting. If I 'm back, I definitely will. This place ought to be considered one of Beaufort 's crown jewels."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with scallion pancakes (yum) and ending with my chicken and broccoli (yum again) , the lunch deal (rice, main dish and soup) was very well priced and really delicious. The setting is wonderful--brick walls, and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommend!!"

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"I rarely visit the area where Quench is located, but had a groupon, so was curious to check it with a group of friends. The servers were attentive and very helpful. The menu was quite extensive and a bit hard to wrap our heads because A) gave it so much to read, and B) because of the unique flushion of the kitchen. It was more of a bar/casual vibe than I expected. If I were on site, I could go back to drinks, but otherwise there was nothing I would go back for."

"My husband and myself decided to give this place a try for our wedding anniversary. Based on the previous reviews (for the bar) we had high expectations. That was quickly deflated. We each ordered a salad. Him the house salad and myself the Caesar. The salads were large in size, but the dressing on each could have come from a bottle. It did not have the house made flavor that is eluded to in the description. Our main dish was the well marbled porterhouse. That is a nice way of saying excessively fatty steak. The steak was thin, unseasoned, and well done I ordered medium). I feel if you are paying for a dinner you should never be in a situation where you have to send it back. They should know the difference between Medium and well done. They did offer to refire, but we had to wait another minutes. We also had to hear about the new crew in the back and how no one likes them. NOT MY PROBLEM After all of that we decided to not chance dessert and walked across the street for a doughnut. Who knew a doughnut would be the highlight of the evening. We paid for dinner that quite frankly was the quality of a chain steak house. I guess for my I am headed to Outback."

"Very nice restaurant. Loved that the meals come with soup and salad it really makes the price reasonable. The lemon rice soup was fantastic. The Mussel appetizers was enough for 2-3 people. The bread was perfect too. Try not to fill up on bread. I had the Duck. It was good I just wish the skin had been crisp. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu."

"Nice, cozy room with a small but well-designed selection of beers. The food is also very good; The starters may seem a little expensive for a gastropub, but for gourmets they are comparable in complexity and taste to dishes in the rich table, a rare find in the outer mission / Bernal. If you are looking for tasty snacks, great cocktails, and beer in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel."

"It's a reliable place; you can get more than bar food there, since they offer dinners. The fish and chips tasted very fresh; the chili was good, but a bit dry. But their salads are fresh and abundant. The prices are reasonable. It's one of our main go-to places when we're attending a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute; it’s walking distance from there. The service is prompt and friendly."

"On a more positive note, the restaurant usually offers a decent vegetarian option, and I chose the grilled eggplant with pasta this time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even tell if the eggplant was genuinely grilled, as it was overwhelmed by a strong vinegar or pickling flavor. I ended up pushing it aside and just eating the pasta. Once again, this was a missed opportunity for the waitstaff to notice that something was off. Their cocktails are decent, and some of the sides and starters can be good too, though there’s a lack of consistency—sometimes you might love the mushrooms, and other times wonder if you ordered the same dish. This was our third visit, and unfortunately, each experience has been slightly worse than the last, making it likely our final trip. It’s disappointing that it happened on my wife’s birthday, but at least it’s an event we won’t forget."

"This restaurant has a stunning ambiance and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. My wife ordered the chicken Francaise and said it was among the best she’s ever had, while I enjoyed the braided short rib, which I highly recommend. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering we had an appetizer, each ordered a drink and shared a dessert, our total came to around $150. There are also more affordable options available. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!"

"Absolutely five stars! We were warmly greeted with friendly conversation right from the start. We were seated quickly in a cozy back room that has about 6-7 tables. The waitress arrived promptly..."

"The music was too loud... wanted to talk with family over dinner, but country music continued to blast. The food menu was strange. Some items include rice and a vegetable but others don't. Very strange. Paying $36 for an entree without a potato and a veg? No salad included? Come on! Oh and the desserts were awful! Peach Melba, Chocolate Mousse, n the Almond Tiramisu were overly sweet n mushy. A waste of calories n money. Needless to say we will not go back to Sea Basin. "The steaks at this restaurant are cooked perfectly to order and are excellent. The sides are plentiful and delicious. The restaurant can be a little noisy, but it is fine for a large, busy establishment. The service is superbly friendly from beginning to end, and even the valet experience was great. While it is a bit on the expensive side for a casual restaurant, I felt that the food and overall experience were worth it."

"We went there on Valentines Day, which was probably a big mistake. After making the reservation, the owner called to verify our reservation and he assured us we would absolutely love the restaurant. Based on that I was sort of excited. We arrived at 6:25 for our 6:30 reservation. The place was pretty full and there were only 3 table open. We were seated and a few minutes later we were told there would be a wait. We ordered our drinks and then placed our order when they were served. We ordered some crab cake appetizer and salads. About 30 minutes later our crab cakes were given to the table next to us that arrived after we did. About 15 minutes later our salads arrived and about 30 minutes later our crab cakes arrived. The crab cakes were good but at $12 for 2 rather small crab cakes it was overpriced. We ordered two of the higher end seafood dishes with an extra order of 1 lb of king crab legs $28) which arrived about 30 minutes later. The salmon, scallops and shrimp were over seasoned and over cooked. The crab legs were a real disappointment as they were overcooked and tasted like smoke rather than crab and were cold. Someone seated next to us said there's no way they were king crab legs. After that we did order some dessert which was the best part of the entire meal probably because they were made ahead of time. While there we watched one couple just walk out and not return and another table threatened to leave because it was taking so long. When we got our check I looked at my watch and noticed we'd been there 2 hours and 40 minutes."

"The food was awful, we sent back 6 out of 7 appetizers that were brought to us. The low-quality meat was poorly prepared and had a terrible taste. They meticulously calculated every penny on the bill. It's shameful that with their years of experience in the market, they provide such poor customer service and low-quality food. I will never come back and would not suggest it to anyone. It is expensive and bad in every aspect."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"From the beginning to the end, the customer service was the best that I have seen in a long time. The staff was very welcoming, the chef?s were very accommodating. I decided to try the house special steak. The steak medium well ?cooked? was like butter. The state was so good is the only thing I can talk about right now. I?ll be back later. I recommend you try them at least once in your life. Low lighting, makes it very romantic if you decide to bring someone with you. Thankyou CUTS for a wonderful meal, experience."

"A Greek restaurant should be proud of its Baklava dessert. This was a small portion with taste and consistency more suitable to Denny 's. Medium lamb chops greatly overdone and little flavor. Terrible wine-by-the-glass selection, a Chilean red wine served far too warm (an amateur mistake), and served in a small glass more suitable for sweet dessert wines. Took a lonnng time (45 minutes) to get entrees after we finished a weak salad. Restaurant should have comped dessert. Server really tried and was very friendly and gracious but doesn 't really pay attention . My fault for not sending everything back but we were hungry and wanted to just eat and go at that point. Will definitely not return."

"Fantastic dinner. William was a true professional waiter and did not miss a beat! Food was outstanding as always. And we love the main dining room. We had the best seat in the house and always fun people watching."
