Mesquite Grill - Menu

Excellent food, well prepared. Staff (owners? were exceptional. Love the hand-painted wine glasses. Decor is a bit dated, as was the music.

Great food first and foremost, you will more be disappointed with the meals. Secondly the owners are amazing, they really make you feel welcome, like visiting a very generous family member. Will be coming back for sure and bringing all the friends I can find.

Robert and Wendy make you feel like you are in their home. This was my second time. This time I brought my husband, who hates loud restaurant. This is the opposite. Food is fabulous with enough to take home leftovers. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back soon. View menu

We had a 6:30 reservation for Valentine's Day dinner, but the service was noticeably lacking due to a shortage of staff. It took over an hour for us to receive our appetizer, which consisted of just two small crab cakes. After that, we waited over another hour for our main course. The scallops were overcooked and rubbery, though the single skewer of shrimp was decent. During our long wait, one couple decided to get up and leave. The rest of us were left feeling frustrated and shaking our heads. Overall, it was a $100+ experience for a very mediocre meal. I would not recommend it.

we planned a special Valentine's Day dinner in the mesquite grill and showed a series of people waiting for their tables. we waited 45 minutes behind our reservation time and then sat. due to the short personalization in the restaurant, we were not even waited for another 20 minutes and finally got our food at 8:40 for a 7:00 reservation. my man ordered a lamb frame that was 2 knöchernen knochen with a little meat at the end of the bone (a lamb frame really?! Otherwise, the food was in order, but the service was terrible and the restaurant did nothing to make for the bad service. I'm not sure I'm going back to give them a second try.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was dealing with some personal issues, which we were informed about upon our arrival. Despite that, we spent 2.5 hours there. Given the small size of the restaurant, with only 15 tables, it seemed that the two servers could have managed a more reasonable wait time. After a 45-minute delay, we were offered one round of drinks, but no second round was offered throughout our entire visit. We didn’t ask for more because we were already feeling neglected. They ran out of ice at 8 PM and did not provide any alternatives. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, our food finally arrived, but the fish was dry and overcooked. We went there on Valentines Day, which was probably a big mistake. After making the reservation, the owner called to verify our reservation and he assured us we would absolutely love the restaurant. Based on that I was sort of excited. We arrived at 6:25 for our 6:30 reservation. The place was pretty full and there were only 3 table open. We were seated and a few minutes later we were told there would be a wait. We ordered our drinks and then placed our order when they were served. We ordered some crab cake appetizer and salads.
