"Silvio, the chef and owner, truly understands how to combine the finest ingredients to highlight their full flavors and aromas. He's a perfectionist when it comes to cuisine. I've heard from his team that he works 16 hours a day (from opening until closing) to ensure that every dish is of the highest quality and tastes delightful for his customers. It’s a long and dedicated process, but the difference is palpable; you can taste the love he pours into every plate. Every bite of his food brings a smile to my face.
While his pasta is excellent, I believe his pizzas are even better. I recently had the opportunity to try a dozen different pizzas during a trip to Italy, and Silvio’s pizzas exceed them in terms of flavor, texture, ingredients, and overall joy. In my opinion, his crust is world-class, featuring the perfect balance of slightly crunchy exterior and chewy interior, all with complex flavors.
My personal favorite is his classic Margherita pizza, but I also recommend trying some of his more exotic combinations (his truffle pizza and potato pizza are particularly original and absolutely to die for)."
