"I've been to NBC in CA before they opened up chains in NY. So I was happy to see one open up nearby. Blueberry Bliss: flavor of the month that was advertised to us having real blueberries in the filling, but when we cut it up there was basically one or two miniature berries at most. Disappointed in how skimpy they are on the fillings. Otherwise, the cake itself was very blueberry flavored. Red Velvet: Likewise, the red velvet ones had very few chocolate chips in them. Cream Cheese Frosting: still tastes good but not as cheesy as past experiences. Cake itself is nice and moist, reminiscent of my CA adventures. However, I recall when I had a bundtlet in CA, the icing was thicker/more and the actual cake was larger and filled the container closer to the top (you can see the cake in my images only reaches the bottom half of the plastic . The images on their site show these cakes are a bit more raised on the bottom, so I think that's where things may have been cut off. When you google NBC (I made sure it wasn't just a fuzzy memory! , the cakes fill up to the top section across the board, so maybe just this location skimping on cake and ingredients. I see another user below had the same issue. Overall disappointed in this location for the skimping. I understand inflation is a thing but I wouldn't cut corners via reducing ingredients and rather increase the price itself but maintain the same experience. 5 Star for the lady at the counter today. Very nice when greeting us."

"The shop is small but charmingly decorated with mugs, ceramic birthday plates, and even dog treats. And the cakes? Wow! These adorable, individually packaged confections are beautifully arranged in their display case. The flavor selection is impressive and tempting, making it hard to choose just one. They offer confetti, snickerdoodle, chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, lemon, strawberry cream, chocolate chip, classic vanilla, and white chocolate raspberry. There's even a limited-time offering of lemon raspberry. During my first visit, I presented my email to redeem my free birthday bundlet and also showed my buy-one-get-one email. I was thrilled to discover I could combine them and walk away with three bundlets! I chose red velvet as my free gift, and since the staff's favorite is chocolate chocolate chip, I opted for that one as well, along with the limited-time lemon raspberry. It was nearing my 3 PM coffee break, so I hurried home. Once there, I unwrapped the red velvet cake and poured myself a cup of coffee. I was treated to a moist, flavorful cake that was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find chocolate chips in the red velvet, as I had never encountered that before. The lemon raspberry was incredibly tasty, and the chocolate cake was decadently rich. My advice? Sign up for their promotions and look forward to a free bundlet on your birthday. And don’t forget to treat yourself and a friend or loved one to some sweet delights!"
