Nothing Bundt Cakes

We love Bundt cakes but be sure to check your order before leaving store. After fighting Mother’s Day traffic to pick up online prepaid order we were shorted 2 buntlets when we unpacked taped bags at home. :

I absolutely love their cakes! I always grab them as gifts for others, or whenever I need a cake for a birthday or holiday. I'm also a big fan of trying their new or seasonal flavors. It's super convenient to pick up a cake, even when I'm in a rush.

I was quite disappointed. My mom adores this cake, and I wanted to order some online for her upcoming birthday. Their website clearly advertises delivery, but when I reached the checkout, I was informed that they don’t deliver to an address just 2.7 miles away. I've never had a bad experience. Each time I have visited, I didn't spend more than 5 10 minutes in the store. THEIR CAKES ARE AWESOME!!! Red Velvet and Lemon are my favorite but each flavor is grrrrrrrrrrrreat! The cakes are so delicious, soft, and moist. My family and friends will ALWAYS be customers. Their customer service is also great!

Don’t get me wrong the cakes taste great but why list a flavor then tell the customers that desired flavor isn’t even one they have daily? It shouldn’t even be listed as one of their set flavors if it’s not provided. I hate that I had to make a trip all the way just to be told I’m supposed to call to ensure a set flavor isn’t available. If that’s the case take it off the list.

a carrot cake is called to confirm that they had one and in the season. yes, ma’am. I reacted well that I am on the way. drove 20 minutes on my lunch break will only be informed after then as soon as I arrived that they will have to be ordered and would take 30 minutes to be ready. was 100% uninformed by the one on the phone or in any case would have placed an order! now my daughter's birthday cakes have to come from somewhere else. that's all he has. I placed an order for 10 bundtlets on 5/6. Upon pick up, at my designated date and time on 5/9, I was told they didn’t have any of the flavors I ordered and either I could select what they had or get a refund. I even spoke to Colin the manager who stated they couldn’t call and let me know they didn’t have my order because there were so many people this happened to. They don’t have flavors as advertised online and don’t prioritize orders. The attitude was also very non-chanlant and he gladly refunded my money. Didn’t seem to concern him that they are losing a customer.

The wait time to pick up a cake you ordered over the phone or online is horrible! My pick up time was 4pm I arrived at maybe 4:15ish I didn’t receive my cake until well after 5 o’clock. This place is total chaos and very unorganized.. I patiently stood on the side waiting for my order for seems like forever. People that came after me were getting their cakes before me and the people that came and ordered cakes at the counter seems to have been served faster. After being very patient I had to ask about my order twice. I did an online order on Monday May 2nd with a pickup time of 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday May 3rd. On the website it specifies to arrive at your selected time in order to ensure social distancing. I arrived around 11:35 expecting to walk in, give them my name for the order that I had already paid for, receive my items and leave. I should have been there no longer than 10 minutes. I was told that it would be a few minutes and they would have my order out. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked the employee at the counter if she could check on my order.
