"This is the BEST location, hands down. They know what light sweetness truly means. Other locations can be heavy handed with the syrups. This location has the friendliest employees and best coffee. The sandwiches have always been sufficiently warm. I go here on a weekly basis for my weekly coffee and treat, and it doesn 't disappoint. It also has an aesthetically pleasing seating area. As far as the sandwiches go, I loved every one of them except the chicken and waffles. I also love every dessert I 've tried."

"I was really excited to try this place for dinner because I heard great things about the food, especially the mussels. We got sat right away which was great and the server came up to greet us within a minute or two to greet us and we hadn't decided on a drink yet so we asked for water. 15 minutes later and two times he came out to help other tables around us and completely ignored us we decided it was time to leave. There was a party of 8 sat next to us with a different server and in the time we requested water they got their waters, drink and app orders in and were putting in the dinner orders. A little acknowledgment instead of refusing to even look at us would have gone a long way. I'm a patient person especially at restaurants because I understand they're doing their best but they were not super busy and he went to every table he had except ours to clear plates or check on them and bring checks. Didn't have a chance to get his attention either as he wouldn't even look in our direction. Really disappointing."
