"Fairly small place, but even though they were short on help at that time, the lady working (the only one in front) was phenomenal. She handled everything without showing stress. Food was awesome. Onion Rings were like from home Chipolte Black Bean Burger was the best I have ever had. My husband's sandwich was excellent. We will definitely keep that on our radar whenever we are in the area. Vegetarian options: I try to do vegetarian as much as I can and I had a hard time until I say the Chipotle Black bean burger."

"Called in to place an order for delivery at 5:13pm. Ordered a large pizza, a chicken Alfredo pasta and 2 appetizers, was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half called to check on delivery and was told ?driver just left, you should have it any minute.? Called back 30 minutes later (2 hours after ordering) and was told our order ?didn?t exist.? Here?s the kicker they had my address attached to my phone number, yet we just moved into this house YESTERDAY. So, they had to have entered it manually themselves and yet they said ?nope, no order, must have been a computer glitch.? After asking more questions the best they could offer me is ?20% of my delivery? and we would have to start all over. Absolutely terrible customer service!! How in the span pf 30 minutes does it go from ?driver just left with your food? to ?we have no order at all for you? and then the best they can do is 20% off ? save your money, save your time, go anywhere besides here."

"There is parking available at the back and on the side of the building. The restaurant offers family-friendly meals with a very budget-friendly menu. The entire place was kept clean and organized. As a complimentary starter, we were served a delicious dish that we enjoyed so much we asked for more. We also ordered their chicken burritos, which were perfectly seasoned and cheesy (see picture). I noticed that they have vegetarian options on the menu as well. We enjoyed our meal with Jarritos sodas. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was accommodating and attentive throughout our visit."

"The staff member at the window lacked customer service skills. Despite repeating my order several times and clearly explaining what I wanted, the server made it the way they preferred. I even went inside to show the young lady the menu. She informed me that they only prepare one type of sundae, and even after repeatedly correcting her on my ice cream flavor choices (I requested two different flavors, but she made two of the same) and toppings (I had to specifically ask for whipped cream), it still turned out wrong, as there was no hot fudge. I noticed that her attitude wasn't right, and I did my best to stay calm and leave. In the end, my wife had to go back for the hot fudge topping. I had reached my limit. They might want to have a word with the employee about writing orders down and getting familiar with the menu. From now on, I’ll stick to Newport and Seekonk."

"We received the most thoughtful and amazing Welcome Basket from “Celebrate our Town” and in it were coupons for Charlie’s Place so we made it a point to try it out. We were so happy we did! It’s not your typical quick/fast food, but homemade. It was great and the service was fantastic! It’s a homey and a very comfortable atmosphere. The sweetest and kindest lady took care of us and made sure we were happy with everything. Hard to find service like that anymore. Definitely recommend it!"

"Called me in about 8pm today, looking for a gyro. I’ve never had a bad experience with their lamb gyros…however, today I did to my shock!! I’ve ordered from here at least 50x in the last year w/o an issue. I end up calling about 9:10pm(after closing), to let management know I was dissatisfied with my meal. Not only did he answer the phone, after hours, he apologized for the meal not being satisfactory and taking so long to be delivered (I didn’t think it took so long). Dave, I really appreciate your kind and great customer service skills. This is what customer service should look like. Thank you, Dave! I will be back lol"

"I accidentally stopped at this small market. It was the best place I was in time. They are a real peasant market with fresh meat, homemade desserts, hand-dipped ice cream and so much more. The coolest thing was, they have a glass of windowed bees hive right in the store and they sell the honey. I'll make this stop again!"

"2B, or not 2B? There is no question!! Exit 2B, for the uninitiated. Duchess is like a blast from the past - a childhood memory. It's the best fast food around, especially the Big D burger with cheese. It's killer! The options are good enough for fast food, and the shakes are delicious. I always go for the vanilla shake. The menu is extensive for a fast food joint, but it's worth exploring because you will be pleasantly surprised. Although the closest location is about three hours away these days, I never pass up the opportunity to indulge in Duchess's offerings."

"It really upsets me to have to write this review. Ive grown up with Moonlight since I was 12 years old, Im 51 now, and it was always one of my favorite places. I paid $65 for this order. My moms cod...no complaints. My jumbo delux cheeseburger had wilted lettuce and the bread was soggy. The fried pickles were deep fried to the point I thought I was going to break some teeth!! I only received 1 side of ranch when I should have received 2. The 2 milkshakes we ordered were delicious but I think its ridiculous that you have to pay extra for whip cream and a cherry."

"We placed an online order for a large group of 8 people totaling $200. When we arrived to pick up the order, the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. They knew exactly where our order was located and had everything labeled. Despite the size of the order and having 5 children with us, we did not feel the need to double-check the bags because everything was accounted for. "My wife I came here to see the band Switch since we're friends with most of the members (plus they're an excellent band anyway! . We sat outside in a shady area right in front of the stage. It was pretty pleasant even though it had been a rather hot day. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Both were very tasty. Our waitress did quite well making sure we had plenty to drink also. We had a mighty fun evening enjoying Switch, visiting with friends we haven't seen in quite some time, eating good food, having our fill of fine libations."

"This is a fun stop if you are in the heart of Phoenix. Food is great! You order at the window, they tell the cook what you ordered, and it does not take long to get your food. There is plenty of seating, all outside, but they have misters and shaded areas so it is not too warm to enjoy your food. I got shrimp tacos and the husband got the carne asada burrito, both recommend it, especially for the price"

"I've been eating Duchess my whole life. I grew up on the one in Bridgeport. This one is consistent with the taste just not on the service and cleanliness. They need to clean up a little and the workers need some training. Update: I returned recently for my wife. The service was better and they seem to have some new employees, at least the ones I had contact with. I am adding one more star to my review based on this last visit."
