"Our last order was about 2-3 weeks ago. We opted for pickup to save time, and I asked for the receipt three times, but she ignored me. Eventually, I had to reach over and grab it off the register myself, which turned out to be fortunate because I discovered we had been overcharged by $25 for items we didn’t order, want, or receive. When I called to report this, I spoke with a gentleman who resolved the issue nicely, and I appreciated that.
Tonight, I tried ordering a pizza but had to repeat my order for a cheesesteak Sicilian pizza six times. Either she couldn’t hear me or just didn’t understand. When I asked to speak with someone else who could help me, I was rudely told no. I understand it’s a busy Friday evening, and they might be short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse her behavior. I tried speaking slowly and clearly four more times and even handed the phone to someone else, hoping it would help. However, after four more attempts, we still didn’t get anywhere. I even tried calling from a different phone, but after three more tries without success, I became frustrated, gave up, and hung up.
Instead, we ordered from Sicily in Forks on the first try. Despite the background noise of a busy restaurant, they managed to take our order smoothly, and in my opinion, they are the second-best place in Easton after Antonio’s, plus they are closer to our home.
Unfortunately, as long as she is the one answering the phone, we won't be returning! It's just not worth the frustration of having to repeat ourselves numerous times whenever we call, and it's always the same; we recognize her voice immediately and cringe at the thought of dealing with her."
