"My family have been loyal customers to this restaraunt for a long time. The service has gone downhill immensely. The most recent visit the server was extremely rude, and so she was tipped 10%, and was lucky for that. However she changed the tip to reflect 20% as noticed on my billing statement this morning. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be back. I hope $5 was worth losing the business. What a shame. Service: Dine in"
