"First time guest. Great quality food for the price. It was very busy due to a concert nearby. However, I did not have to wait to be seated. I was quite surprised at the capacity they have. I had the meat lovers calzone as the main dish and spinach artichoke dip appetizer. The artichoke dip was something very special as it has a bit of dill to make it stand out. The calzone was a good size and had excellent quality meats and cheese. Generous portion of house made marinara. Parking was difficult (took over 10 minutes to find a spot) and the busyness made service 4 stars, however they did a great job getting the food out once ordered. I would go back for sure."

"I am not surprised to see that this restaurant has only about 2 stars. I ordered a Caesar salad and when I got home to Dorchester, I realized that it had blue cheese dressing instead of the expected Caesar dressing. I initially thought it was just an honest mistake."

"My wife and I were staying in a local hotel for the night and selected Demaino's for dinner. It's exactly what you would expect from a quaint, comfortable, no frills neighborhood Italian restaurant. The food was great as was the service very friendly and helpful. I did take a star off to give it 4 simply because the decor is old, outdated, and tired. And that's okay if your real quest is a good meal in a comfortable neighborhood eatery. My meal Chicken Verdicchio was the best of that style I have ever had and bought the chef a glass of wine as a complement. My wife was very complementary about her meal and I agree as I had to steal a few bites of that to taste! Not a spectacular wine list, but the cab I had was fine and very reasonably priced for the pour. I would not hesitate to go back there again!"

"2 of the employees were actually trying their best to be nice and smile and such. Food was terrible. If I wanna eat salt, I'll eat salt and not their pizza. Atmosphere is kinda bland and it feels like I'm sitting in a balloon: there's just an empty feeling. I think that someone gave up on trying to improve their situation and not fix the company. "It's rather unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but tonight my family received raw dough inside of our Alfredo chicken pizza, that was part of the buy a gourmet pizza get a 12 for free. I was so turned off by it I requested just a regular pepperoni pizza in exchange instead of another chicken Alfredo pizza. Katlin the shift manager refused to honor my request and said she could make the same pizza or have her gm call me in the morning for a credit! Her attitude was not caring at all. Ma'am you all messed up my families dinner! We could get sick! For such a serious matter you should have done more! Furthermore we also had a pepperoni pizza as well, tasted wonderful until I noticed gray on the crust!!!! I'm so upset because we have been loyal customers for years.The Lovelace Family"

However, if this restaurant is indicative of the pizza in the city, you might want to reconsider ordering pizza. The pizza lacked sufficient sauce, had an unappealing dough thickness, and the overall flavor fell flat for me. I understand that creating a mediocre pizza is relatively easy, but crafting an exceptional one is a challenge—and this place didn't even hit the mark for average. Additionally, the person I believe was the owner seemed quite curt, which came off as somewhat rude. The prices were reasonable, so if you're in the mood for pizza and looking for something slightly better than Pizza Hut, this could be a decent option for you."

"Wait time and pizza were great! I wish the customer service was better. This is the first time I ordered from this Sarpino’s for pickup. The other locations I order from most frequently the inside is closed and you have to call to pick up and have them bring it out. I called and Mary picked up and said she’d bring the food out to my car. As soon as she gets out she hands me my box and says “you’re supposed to come inside” before I could get an “I’m sorry” out of my mouth she had already walked away from my car. I wish she would’ve told me over the phone and I would’ve come inside not sure why the attitude. Also I noticed carry out is on their website so I’m not sure what the issue exactly is."

"Before my last delivery, I called Sarpinos to ensure I would be notified when they arrive as I was on my back terrace. They called me again when they were at my residence for my next delivery, but I was already on my couch ready and my phone was on silent. This showed me the excellent service of this restaurant! In addition to the great service, the Italian food is fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the cheese tortellini on our last order, and it was delicious!"

"This store is the worst sarpinos we have ever ordered from. Every time we order Here they always get the order wrong or by the time it finally gets here (2 hours after we order it) it is no longer fresh soggy and bread sticks are hard. It is now 12:30 atnight we ordered our pizza bread sticks and shrimp alfredo and the pizza is wrong one and soggy and bread sticks are hard onceagain. I would not recommend anyone ever use this place as this has happened every time numerous times. I tried to speak withthe owner of the store and he is unreachable. I love sarpinos and this is a disgrace to the rest of the sarpinos in the kc area.Please get new management."

"I was quite pleased with my experience. The dinners were beautifully presented and delicious. The hostess was very kind, and the service was solid. The prices were in line with what I expected. My only complaint is that when I ordered the tortofu for dessert, I expected a whole serving rather than just a half. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common trend in many restaurants nowadays. I suppose the costs are so high that they can't afford to offer a full portion without charging a premium for it. Overall, I would definitely return."

"last minute we decided to go to dinner. because of the va tech department, we knew that we would probably not find a table. However, when I looked at open table, there were reservations here. I booked it at 4:45 for 6:15 table. we came at 6:10 and the owner told us we hadn't stopped. I raised my confirmation and he told us he wouldn't honor it. he blew us and left. a very nice host came up immediately, told us that we ignore him and bring us to an empty table. we ordered appetizers and weeping, and then the owner approached our table again. he started screaming that we did not allow to eat as he had been booked weeks ago. he made a scene, but again the hostess and our waitress told us to ignore him. the food was good, but the owner and his attitude ruined the evening. I highly recommend that open table check the procedure with this restaurant."

"INITIAL REVIEW: The food and prices at Two Guys are average. My experience with the service was inconsistent. The woman at the front (possibly Guatemalan) was very pleasant, but the owner was not. I came in with an Entertainment Book coupon, but they refused to honor it. After initially informing the cashier to deny the coupon, the owner appeared 15 minutes later, ignored me, and seemed uninterested in a conversation—even after I greeted him and wished him a Happy Holidays. The pizza was just okay, but the wings were quite good. They had great sauces, were unbreaded, small, and flavorful. Unfortunately, since this was my first visit, I won’t be returning, primarily due to how the owner handled the coupon situation and interacted with me."

"Uber Eats started Thurs Aug 24 meaning we had our first ever taste of Fratelli 's from corner of S Federal Hwy and Linton Blvd. We ordered a 17inch thin crust yummy pizza delivered on time by Uber Eats driver, Nelson. If it weren 't for Uber Eats we would never have thought to order out from this Fratelli 's location. PS Taste Pizza pie cut pie with a fine balance of perfect tomato sauce and not too much cheese, plus fresh toppings of our choice. 'Happy wife, happy life. '"

"Stopped on my way home and Grab a slice there for the first time, highly doubt I’ll go back. you can tell the pizza was sitting almost all day. After 1 bite all the cheese came off the pizza.
