"That was the worst experience I ever had in the Nebelo de chao. My family from town loves to eat here when they're out of town. We eat here about 5 times a year and eat either at Atlanta or Dunwoody. That was the worst service and the experience we've ever had. We had a 1:00 reservation for a group of 5, we arrived at 12:45 and were asked to sit in the waiting area at the bar. We sat at 12:55, but had to wait for more than 10 minutes until a server was available, the man who went to the table tried to make conversations, but it was an unpleasant more than 10 minutes for everyone while waiting on our server. Once we sat fine beverages and helped to get to the market table and which were not refilled several things were empty for most of our meals and not refilled. 4/5 of the people in our group got the meat experience and left their cards to the green. The server brought water, but did not bring any additional drinks that we ordered wine and sweet tea until we had already finished a few dishes. Sitting down within 20 minutes, no meat had passed. We had to ask several times to bring meat. There were several servers that would come with fresh meat, serve two people at a table and then run back into the kitchen. We asked our server several times for certain meat cuts, and they never came. There was literally nothing more we could do than ask our server and the meat never comes. We were made friendly and they came by and freed our dirty plates, we waited for a certain cut of meat crucible and the grilled cheese we told the server, but they never brought new plates and meat and cheese. We won't be back soon."

"We made a reservation for 11am when they opened. Since the members of our party had different diets (vegetarian, pescatarian, and such), one tried to call the day before work questions about the menu. She called multiple times and only got an answering machine, she left a message and never received a call back. When we arrived at 11:03, the restaurant was empty except for staff arriving. We were told that our table and the market table was not ready yet and we needed to wait. This was odd since they opened at 11, knowing they had a reservation coming in immediately. We were sat at 11:10 but told that not everything was ready yet. The market table was still half empty, the waffle and omelet station was not set up, and there were cleaning supplies out. At 11:20 we decided to see what was on the market table. At this time nothing had labels, half the things did not have tongs, and a lot of spots were empty. The waffle station finally set up at around 11:45, with the omelet set up but no one manning either station. We requested that they let us know when someone was making waffles and our server found the person to make waffles. My young cousins each ate a waffle but I would not have touched them. The waffle iron was filthy and the waffles came out covered in black bits. The omelet station was set up, and although no one had used it yet the pan was dirty. A little after 12 everything was finally set up on the bar but no labels, after I shuffled through labels a manager came out and placed them. A few of us were going to do the meat but after coming in and seeing staff still arriving and nothing set up we felt like it would be a waste of money. My husband decided to get the meat but after 20 minutes of one guy coming around with all the subpar dishes like sausage and not the food Brazilian meats, he informed the waiter that he would stick with just the market table. This was a very poor experience. Our server was friendly and attentive, that was the only bonus."
