"We made a reservation for 11am when they opened. Since the members of our party had different diets (vegetarian, pescatarian, and such), one tried to call the day before work questions about the menu. She called multiple times and only got an answering machine, she left a message and never received a call back. When we arrived at 11:03, the restaurant was empty except for staff arriving. We were told that our table and the market table was not ready yet and we needed to wait. This was odd since they opened at 11, knowing they had a reservation coming in immediately. We were sat at 11:10 but told that not everything was ready yet. The market table was still half empty, the waffle and omelet station was not set up, and there were cleaning supplies out. At 11:20 we decided to see what was on the market table. At this time nothing had labels, half the things did not have tongs, and a lot of spots were empty. The waffle station finally set up at around 11:45, with the omelet set up but no one manning either station. We requested that they let us know when someone was making waffles and our server found the person to make waffles. My young cousins each ate a waffle but I would not have touched them. The waffle iron was filthy and the waffles came out covered in black bits. The omelet station was set up, and although no one had used it yet the pan was dirty. A little after 12 everything was finally set up on the bar but no labels, after I shuffled through labels a manager came out and placed them. A few of us were going to do the meat but after coming in and seeing staff still arriving and nothing set up we felt like it would be a waste of money. My husband decided to get the meat but after 20 minutes of one guy coming around with all the subpar dishes like sausage and not the food Brazilian meats, he informed the waiter that he would stick with just the market table. This was a very poor experience. Our server was friendly and attentive, that was the only bonus."

fogo de chao has to improve a lot on service and quality. unfortunately they are no longer an excellent steakhouse. Missing the Brazilian service!

There wasn’t near enough meat runners so we had to wait several minutes on meat each time they came around. The professionalism of the meat cutters was very bad (Spilt juice all over 2 peoples pants and leaned all over us each time they would cut the meat) food was great but don’t expect great service.

I made my reservation for 8:15. When I arrived, they told me that there were many people and they changed the time to 8:45, but the table was delivered to us at 9:05. it was almost an hour waiting. since the restaurant was closed at 10:00 a.m., we felt that the meat was already served in a hurry and was not well cooked, there was not much change. after today's midday experience I will not be back to this fogo de chao location. the service was not at all for $40 per person lunch. the waiter took longer time to bring us all of water to drink from the bar to check. he was constantly talking about why he took so long. several other tables around us also waited for meat cuts, and other things they had ordered. this is not the experience I expect to pay $40 per person for a lunch.

Was so disappointed. Anniversary dinner. They came buy 10 times to sell us drinks. When that didn't happen they basically left us alone. Our server was mostly Mia. His trainee at least checked on us. One gentleman took care of us and did waters and asked about food. He was great. Food was unseasoned. Most Brazilian steakhouses shave off a serving. These guys just plopped a chunk of meat down. Because they hardly ever came back. I had my request for more up for 10 minutes no one came. Left disappointed. Love other Brazilian steakhouses. This one fell short

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
