"I am deeply disappointed. I went through the drive-thru while it was pouring rain. I specifically requested my fries with no seasoning and a honey mustard sauce. After placing my order, they asked me to pull ahead and wait for my fries. After a while, someone came to hand me my order, but before I could check my bag, they turned to head back inside. I quickly noticed that my honey mustard sauce, which I had paid for, was missing. I honked my horn to get her attention and waved for her to come back, but she never did. My car wasn’t parked, so I couldn’t go inside right away. Instead, I left my car running and popped my head in to ask for the sauce. They just laughed at me. Frustrated, I got back in my car and still no one came. Eventually, I had to turn off my car and go inside to retrieve a sauce that should have been in my bag. The manager looked at me and asked, “You got your sauce, right? What’s the problem?” I was shocked and simply left. I will never return here again. This isn’t the first time they’ve made mistakes with my order, which is why I usually check my bag before heading home. The management is unprofessional, and the staff is rude and disrespectful. This is unacceptable."
